All the staff in all departments go over and beyond to help. Whether it is the meat department cutting something special, deli frying something last minute or the magnetic personalities of the staff on the registers.

The prices for items are more expensive than other chain grocery stores. You can expect to pay $20 more. Customer service is ok and dependent on whether they are in a good mood.

I used to love the place, cause of the hispanic food, but the cashiers are the worst , ms Kayla she was throwing my food to the bags and telling the helper that the food smell bad,she didn’t even wanted to touch it and she was applying hand sanitizer in her hands ,she was sooo gross ….This is sad

I’m getting to where I LOVE shopping in this store. I have had this same cashier (Aquila)at least twice recently and its the same everytime. Very talkative and friendly, always smiling and respectful . Goes out of her way to help me with my purchases. She definitely deserves a fat raise, maybe even a promotion.Herbert Tinklebottom

Another grocery store that has converted and diverted all the customers to self checkout. This, of course, is whenever possible for the staff here at Rowe's.Additionally, the audacity to film your face and put it on a screen in front of you while you scan your merchandise...no thanks.This was a great store I once enjoyed visiting. No longer is this the case.Thank you for the good years, Rowe's, and best of luck in the coming ones.

I’m getting to where I dread shopping in this store. I have had this same cashier (Aquila)at least twice recently and its the same everytime. They profile ppl based on how they look and some of their employees are RUDE and u tell the manager and he sees it and they don't do anything about it they just let their employees threaten their customers

We go to check out and the chicks says "ill get u right here..." at the self checkout! Then didnt even stay while we personally scanned and bagged $300 worth of food with multiple issues along the way and she still didnt take over.... she stepped onto a regular register to help the people behind us. Worst checkout experience hands down lol
