My recent shopping experience at Ross Dress for Less was fantastic from start to finish. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a wide selection of stylish and affordable merchandise. The layout of the store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through the racks and find exactly what I was looking for.
One of the things that impressed me most about Ross was the incredible variety of products available. From clothing and shoes to home decor and accessories, there was something for everyone. I was able to find trendy fashion pieces, as well as practical items for my home, all at unbeatable prices.
The staff at Ross were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my visit. Whether I needed assistance finding a specific item or had a question about sizing, they were always willing to lend a hand with a smile.
What really stood out to me was the incredible value that Ross offers. I was able to score amazing deals on name-brand products and designer labels, allowing me to update my wardrobe and home decor without breaking the bank.
Overall, my experience at Ross Dress for Less was fantastic. The combination of great prices, a wide selection of merchandise, and excellent customer service made it a shopping destination that I'll definitely be returning to again in the future.

They have Amazon locker and they have the time as 7 am. The store doesn’t open until 9:30 am. Lady standing there said she couldn’t let me in until 9:30. These people need to be more transparent

Customer had picked up my phone while I was trying on shoes. I had only been in the store 5 mins. I ask security if they have found a phone he says no. Girl behind the counter says yes. Than they proceed to ask me to call it before they will give it back. I don’t have a phone to call it with?!? they still have my phone and all my information including id and credit cards in my phone case. Then they ask me the phone number. I give them the phone number but that does nothing. Then ask me what case is on it and I tell them black again still won’t give it to me. It’s not until I tell them about the screen saver will they give my phone back. There is a photo id of me inside the phone. I hadn’t been to Ross in years and I found out why today.
