I love this discount chain in GA/FL. They have off-name brands that are equivalent or near-equivalent quality to the household names, but the value is excellent! This visit was my first at a Roses in FL. The store was clean and organized. Stock was plentiful. They had exactly what I needed; the $0.50 dish towels. Cotton cloth made in India with random name brands slapped on, but the quality is a crazy deal for the price. Years ago I bought some of the world's finest French linens in St.-Jean-de-Luz France, and lol, these do not compare to those, BUT the daily use linens they also sold (what Williams-Sonoma would sh!t themselves for) are comparable to these dish towels, but cost WAYYYY more! I bought a set of 10 in each color of the white with single color. They even look Provincale! Snipped off the dish towel hang loop, washed in hot water to shrink (and thicken), and voila! My new napkins! The ladies here were so sweet and I even got a discount! Love this store!

Did not have a positive experience right off the bat the Roses on University I had my haircut next store and I was waiting on my wife to return to pick me up I went into the store to look around and right off the bat before I could even that girl put your bag behind the counter which was okay but she wanted me to put it behind the counter with you nobody was at I said can I put it behind the counter where you at no you have to put it behind the other County which made no sense to me because I had a $600 tablet in my bag where she was at the register and not a empty register. She did not speak to me welcome me to the store or anything like that I'm leaving this review I did not feel welcome I ended up just leaving the store the other lady acts well if you don't want to do that you can just leave the store I choose leave the store why would I leave my work bag with my $600 tablet and an empty register it wasn't that important my wife was coming to pick me up within a couple of minutes I feel highly disrespected like I came into the store to steal something because I was black I doubt if I return to this store

After going all over town looking for fun bright colored patio chair cushions I found a good selection at roses. I bought 3 different patterns because I wasn’t sure what/if they would fit or which one(s) I liked best. Went home tried out various combinations and went back to exchange 2 cushions only to find out…NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES after 7:30pm. So, I just bought what I wanted and will have to come back to make the return another day. It’s a strange policy and I did ask what the policy was when I initially purchased the cushions and that was not told to me. The paper receipt says: refunds excepted up to 30 days with sales receipt/exceptions apply. I guess that means NOT AFTER 7:30pm!! Crazy. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Rude manager that big blk lady with the missing teeth was extremely rude to me and singled me out saying I had to leave my bag at the entrance when she let this other woman into the store with her bag no problems at all. AND she was rude. If your jealous because I have a good body just say that. And I will be calling HR about this because i am very serious about customer service and her attitude was nasty she better be lucky I respect my elders.

Cashier very rude and disrespectful Customer service Has went out the door i will not go to this store again it's sad that the people running the store i needs more training and there attitude toward the customer you are there to sever the public do your job
