I called at 8am and I made an appointment for an oil change I said whatever time is most convenient for them to fit me in and they said 11am so I scheduled and when I went it they said it will be a 3 hour wait before they can even start on my car because of other customers there. Why even let me schedule an appointment if you favor walk ins..

We have just used Goodyear for convenience for oil changes, tire rotations, etc, and have been very pleased with the work. They are not the quick change, but still typically we can get our car in same day and completed in a couple of hours. If you work downtown it is easy to drop off the car and pick it up after work, or just get a ride and wait for a call when it is ready. I appreciate that I feel the work is thorough and even when suspected additional work is needed they always call to get approval and let us know what is going on. For example recently I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and they identified metal in my tires so called to ask permission to patch if possible and if needed and were clear on the cost. Fortunately after removing the metal no repair was needed so they also called to inform me of that progress. Prices are fair and they often have specials for required maintenance. This is our go to auto service place for the friendly and reliable service.

I really liked this shop when Bill was there. At that time I would have given a positive review with 5 stars. I just tried to drop off my truck (7:16am), but they were closed. It seems they changed their hours since my last service. It was 7am to 6pm, but now it is 8am to 5pm, coincidentally my work hours too. Very poor business decision if you were to ask me as many downtown workers have similar work hours.

I went to have a tire patched dropped off car at 10am called at 3, they said they were just pulling it into the bay so when I arrived I still waited an hour and a half, they gave me the car back. Next day same tire needed air, looked at tire the same nail was still in the tire, they never fixed it just placed air in my tire. Need I say more I will never use this shop. Called them the next day and they said they would call back , never got that call. Spend your money elsewhere that you can trust.

I was qouted one price but at the end of service it was $100 more expensive. The price for the ecm said $520 but the ending price for parts is padded an extra $90.They got my part on a tuesday and told me it would take 2 hours to fix. Lo and behold the repair was not completed until 7 days later. And the cherry on this hot mess sundae my engine is now pouring smoke (which it wasnt before). Im going back to Jiffy Lube at least they are on time with repairs and honest about prices. Even if I have go clear across town for repairs it will be worth it!

Went to pick up my car when my oil change was complete and was greeted by a mechanic NAPPING behind the front counter. Soon after, Bill came round the back and checked me out what lecturing me about getting a new battery- went to retrieve my car to find it was still in gear with the battery running... I wasn't shocked to find that the battery was drained so I called Bill to my rescue who was surprisingly rude and obviously annoyed about the fact that he had to jump my car. "Don't turn it off" he said as he begrudgingly pulled off the clamps and walked away. Strange coincidence, Bill.

Based on prior reviews, I don't know why people expect to show up, get work done, and leave all in the same 15 minute time span. I bought 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for 7AM. I told them I'd be back at 11AM to get my vehicle. When I arrived at 11:15, my vehicle was still on the lift missing three wheels. I was not happy. They explained I needed breaks and they were working on getting me a quote. I told them not today and they immediately put the wheels back on my vehicle. The person at the counter explained the breaks situation (I was already aware of my breaks situation) and scheduled another time to get things resolved. I reckon my experience was better than most because I didn't expect immediate service; it's a vehicle so it'll be a process.

I usually never write reviews, however considering the horrible experience I endured at the location I felt compelled to inform other consumers. I called the store the day prior to confirm their price matching policy. The services and prices were agreed upon. I frequented the store the next day for said services and was in utter disbelief by the lack of professionalism displayed by the store manager. After his futile attempts to dissuade me from purchasing the brand tires I wanted, he refused to price match the items. He was deceitful and dishonest and took great measures to avoid adhering to the price match policy and the prior commitment. He went as far as attempting to convince me that the tires were discontinued. I knew this was untrue as the previous sales rep confirmed availability the day before. He became combative and his tone condescending. I've never felt so devalued as a consumer. It was disheartening yet blatantly clear that this business does not value their consumers.

I've been taking my car along with my wife's car here for the past two years. I call ahead as often as possible to check on their time span (it is courteous to think of the mechanics time as well). They have always done good work and corrected even a problem that came up on one occasion with my oil pan and did no charge me for the repair. Ask for Bill or Mike.

Horrible. Place was totally dead and it still took 2 hours for a waaaaay overpriced oil change. Manager said he didn't have any of his guys in so that's what took so long. Bottom line; if your business is open you should have employees working. Heard the employees talking behind customers backs. Got halfway home and realized they didn't give me the sticker to track my mileage and date for next service. Went back and got a "Oops, we are out of them." Would have been nice to know before leaving instead of them just hoping I would be too simple to notice. One employee was kind but Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Stay away. Been here twice. They keep you waiting HOURS longer than they quote. I watched them pitch every person both times on wheel balance.EVERYONE. all they do is upsell. After they serviced my car and balanced my wheels, it squeaks, drives hard, and my gas mileage is down. I went back for them to check it, 21/2 hours later. They said no problem. Went to dealership, they lubed it and balanced wheels, now it drives like a dream again. Whatever they did, it was a nightmare to drive. Save your time and money.

I too have to have a questionable review. Took my car for an oil change and that was OK but I had to get upscale oil as they didn't have they regular. And when I got home I found a nail in my tire. It wasn't there there when I pulled in as I drive with the window open but it was there when I left as I could hear it.

Buyer beware. They are as David K said, masters of the upsell. I needed to get my '99 Camry roadworthy for a long road trip to VA. Coming off deployment I know my car needed a lot work since I had not done much with it in a year or two. My service with brakes, rotors, calibers, alignment, and rotation and balance, oil change, wipers came close to $1200. That was not the big issue. I drove over 600 miles with a car that pulled hard to the right (imagine a drunk passing out while holding the wheel) if I did not hold tight. It vibrated so hard it it felt like the wheel lugs were loose. Finally, the front left brake sounded like it wasn't leaving the rotor (constant grinding sound). Unable to locate a corporate-owned store within 50 miles the Warranty department sent me to an "authorized" garage, who charged me $100 to inspect the issues, perform another rotation and balance. They could not replicate the issues. Needless to say, it was an expensive lesson. After 15 years of patronage to Goodyear in TX I am done.
