Looked on Google for times and location;headed over (15 min. Drive from me) only to find a clock sign...Be back at 4. Whether they were there,at 4 or not I don't know! I called and left a message...no response. I would think after,40 years of business reliability wo UK ld be,an attribute!I found another watch battery place much closer...Sharon's Engraving on Normandy. I’ve had a couple things fixed here and they do an excellent job! They have a great attention to detail. When I accidentally cracked my engagement ring open, they fixed it so well I can’t even tell there was ever a problem and my ring has been sturdy ever since! Best prices and great jewelry selection. On top of that they do watch repairs and even custom jewelry best in town!

Fabulous work! Had my grandmother’s antique bracelet needing repair and the job was done to perfection, in a lickety split time frame and for an extremely reasonable price. So glad I went to Robert’s as this bracelet is priceless to me and it is now restored to perfection. Almost makes me wish I had more jewelry needing repairs!P. S. I have never posted a review for anything but was so pleased I wanted to support this family business.

Very good quality work. Unfortunately have had to get 2 pieces of jewelry repaired and they did a good job and very fair prices. A little out dated on merchandise.

Wasn't sure about this place at first but I needed links added to two watches. Everyone was very nice and helped me immediately. They were very fast and very cheap. Would go again and recommend!
