If I could rate this company more than 5 stars I would. Mary and her team is the best. Super professional, friendly, and prompt. The process was so smooth I didn’t have to sweat. Mary is my go to for all my future vacations.

Mary set us up with a Jamaican Sandals vacation for our 20th anniversary. It was carefree and she got us a bargain. Very thorough in telling us what we need and checking on us. Definitely recommend.

Jennifer Wells planned our wedding anniversary trip to Jamaica. It was our first time going to Jamaica. Jennifer took care of everything. We really didn't have to anything but show up. She was so knowledgeable and has such a great personality. She gave us insight into what to expect when we arrive at the airport and the resort. She set up for us to have our very own butler. The butler took such good care of us. It was amazing. She made this trip so easy and a great experience. I will definitely use her for all vacation trips.

Jennifer Wells helped me book a Vikings Cruise vacation. She was very organized and I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, I had an injury and had to cancel the trip. I got the travel insurance and the process was a bit confusing. Jennifer helped me every step of the way with any questions I had. I am great full that I used Jennifer Wells at Riverside Tours and Travel. My wife and I needed her help planning a bucket item cruise to Alaska. However, due to my wife's advancing cancer, we were unable to make the trip. Jennifer was instrumental in securing refunds, making sure every penny was accounted for. She alleviated so much stress, allowing me to focus on family. The following year, I once again contacted Jennifer for that bucket list trip. Only this time It was for me and my adult children. She arranged everything, securing everyone's passport information, booking our excursions, and making sure we had the best packages suiting each of needs. I now consider Jennifer a good friend. We are in the planning stage for my next adventure, the Philippines.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Jen W. My sister and I are taking a bucket list cruise to Alaska in May 2024. From the first contact with Jen I was impressed with her responsiveness. She was able to make sure we had handicapped accommodations, hotels and air travel. She alerted us whenever there was action to be taken by us. I look forward to working with her for any future travel needs.

Jen W. has went above and beyond with helping me plan my very first Alaska cruise! No matter the day or time, my questions are always quickly answered. We booked the cruise with a request for a balcony room. A few months later, I realized we were booked in an "obstructed view" room. I panicked and reached out to Jen W. By the end of the day, not only had she gotten our balcony room changed to 0% OBSTRUCTED VIEW, but she got over $300 knocked off our total price!!!!! She's top notch in my book, and I will never use anyone else to help plan my adventures:)

I recommend Riverside tours to anyone planning to travel on a vacation, this has been the most hasslefree, expérience that I had the pleasure of experiencing , and Jennifer was awesome. Just provided some minor details of what I was looking for and she did the rest.
Within 24 hours I a variety of choices and with her experience I was able to plan the perfect vacation.
No stress and the process was painless. Would not recommend planning any other way. I definitely spoil in how I plan future endeavors:)
