I needed a Covid test ASAP. I can not say enough on how fast, friendly and reliable Rivertown is. I went in and had my results all in same day. I will always use Rivertown for all my COVID testing.

This place is AMAZING! I have never had a COVID test done faster. The women working up there are really friendly and are working diligently to get everyone through. Register ahead of time so it’s even faster. Would recommend to anyone needing a COVID test who does not want to wait in line for hours or get delayed results.Update: Came back to River Town today to get COVID tested for traveling and again, I had a really great experience! Brittany was super helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Testing was quick and results were easy to access.

My boss sent me here to get tested on Monday, just before 2 pm. They only swabbed one nostril and sent me on my way. Everyone who'd previously come to this location told me I'd get my results by midnight by the office said up to 24 hours, so I waited until 24 hours to call. They informed me the run had failed and had to be redone but that I'd get my results sometime Tuesday. I understand that things happen, so I graciously accepted it and continued to wait. I'm coming up on the 48-hour mark with no results and no answers, and now no one will answer the phone. It's very clear that not a lot of care is being put into things here. Some things can't be helped, but this affects people's jobs and lives, but there's no consideration being given for that fact

The lab director Diana was perfect she made sure I got everything I needed for my trip out the country she was fast sincere and really cared about covid I appreciate her she the best highly recommend

It was some of the best service from a customer service person that my wife and I have had since we moved to Jacksonville. The PCR test process was very fast and very satisfactory. We went to do the test on my daughter. 9 months old and they were very careful.

3 stars because I had my test done on Wednesday, before 12pm and I am still waiting for my results. That is the reason why I went to River. This place shouldn’t put that on their page, when they indeed do not give u the results.

Having moved to Jacksonville from El Paso, TX, finding a Covid testing center was somewhat difficult as there were several mega testing centers located around the county there. I was fortunate to receive the recommendation for this center from a Facebook group I am in.Registering online was easy to do and although there was a line of patients to be tested, the line moved relatively efficiently. The staff handled themselves professionally and were friendly and patient with my 11 and 12 year old children. Results were delivered in the promised 24-48 hours for both myself and my children.When there were questions the company was very responsive to text messages at the contact us link on their web page.Would highly recommend this company for Covid-19 testing and other testing in the future where laboratory services are required.

Office Personnel are very rude. Results said 24Hours and now its almost 3 days and nothing. Tried calling the office and no one wants to pick up the phone. My Son is out of school waiting on result missing days for no reason if he is negative becauseThey have not sent results yet. Don’t waste your timeHere.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Do not recommend this place at all. They are very misleading from the beginning. They tell you you’ll have results before midnight as long as you test before noon. I was there as soon as they opened and we are on day 3 with no results. I was told the machines failed and this was the first time this has happened when a know someone personally they told the same thing to a week prior. Very unprofessional and urge you to use another testing site. They are in the business of collecting money and billing insurance companies, not considering how much this effects your life.

Was told 24 hour turnaround on PCR so I didn't pay the expedite fee. It's now been 48 hours with no results and no one answers the phone.

I have been there twice now with my two children. While the kids were not at all Cooperative and my youngest did kick the nurse she was so understanding and kind about it. The nurse working the computer even helped me to get my oldest calm enough to get her test done. Y’all are wonderful and I have the utmost respect for what y’all do. Got our results same day and it wasn’t even a rapid test :)
