The staff is very unprofessional with terrible attitudes. I keep giving them another chance and I dont know why. I will not be using these guys for anything again after 12 years of business. Cooperate needs to take a close look at the staff at this location..

One star may be two many. Having cabinets built locally for a floor to ceiling wall unit 12' across. Cabinet maker recommended a couple of Richelieu designs. Wanted to see the products in person before deciding. Went to the Jacksonville outlet and explained the situation to the unmotivated counterman. Told him we just wanted to see a sample and the cabinet maker would make the purchase (3 times). He explained that they were wholesale only and only the "green dotted" display items were available in Florida. We were looking for specific items identified on the Richelieu website and had product numbers. Counter man never left his chair in front of his computer to assist, and could not point to a specific display where the items could be found. Manager in back room listening opened up when the counterman asked a question. "Wholesale only" was the reply. All we were looking for was a sample to view. Pathetic. Left the facility with confidence that no Richelieu products will darken our condominium's cabinets.

I stopped by to pick up hardware and the front counter sales guy stated the showroom was closed and that I would have to go around the building to shipping and receiving and get things from them.The warehouse/ shipping/ receiving guy stated he couldn't help me or even got on the computer, and that the guy up front that sent me around back had now left for the day. They should've just put a sign on the door that this location is no longer interested in selling any products.

I was looking for a lazy susan corner door hinge and spent about an 1/2 hour at the local big box store and couldn't find what I needed. I went back to my office and Googled the name of the hinge manufacturer and found what I was looking for. I then Googled cabinet hinges near me and Richelieu popped up. 10 minutes later I had the replacement hinge in my hand. It doesn't get any better than that!!

I was looking to replace old cabinet hinges with the exact same ones, but different finish. With the associates help at the front desk we identified what type they were and was told they are discontinued.Even though I ended up purchasing elsewhere, they went above and beyond by even supplying a part number for me to continue my search. Excellent customer service. If I ever need anything again I will shop here first.

I was looking for failed parts from a 20 year old remodel and a cabinet dealer (L&T, Orange Park) recommended Richelieu. The service I received was prompt, courteous and met all my hardware needs. I even received a call back after leaving a positive comment on their web site. Fully recommend Richelieu for your cabinet hardware needs.

Steve and Christie were AMAZING!!! We were totally lost on our broken kitchen hinge. Christie walked us through the entire process, spent time showing us how to install it in our kitchen. I am sure we will be back!! Now we need to do the rest of the cabinets. SO HELPFUL

This place is exactly what every retailer should be like. They set the bar high! They were friendly and professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the hardware I needed. I had spent hours trying to match it up online and she did it in about 3 seconds. Very expeditious as well. I highly recommend them. I wish I caught the name of the girl who helped me. She represents the company perfectly. Any other cabinet related needs we have will go directly to them. KUDOS! I rarely give anyone 5 stars.
