We recently broke down about 45 mins away from Richard's shop. We live 5 1/2 hours away and we're on our way home from a hectic week. I was frantically calling mechanics looking for someone to repair our alternator the same day. Every mechanic I called was a bust. Then one mechanic shop I spoke to referred me to Richard's shop. I called Richard's Automotive and they were amazing. Not only did they accept my vehicle the same day for the repair but they accommodated us after our tow truck driver arrived hours late to their shop. Richard stayed open late to make sure the repair was made the same day so we could make it home as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this mechanic! I wish he lived closer to my home as I would always take my car to his shop. Richard's Automotive is very professional with great pricing!

I am so thankful I have found this place. Richard is so easy to talk to and he is very knowledgeable. His prices are very good. I have even had to run my car in on occasion he would take a look at it and if it was very easy to remedy no charge! If you have a Cadillac this is the place to go for sure!
