Lina is very kind and warm person and very professional. I booked her services from out of state and was incredible grateful that she met me at Amtrak Station on time in Jacksonville, FL. She is friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. She was very accommodating, and I booked an additional trip during my vacation to visit my mom. She worked me into her schedule last minute and communicated clearly so I knew when she was going to pick me up and when to expect her when going back home. I highly recommend her services!
