Misty was terrific: from accounts opening and addressing all my personal and our company needs, to all follow-up, and finally resolving a huge hick-up caused by the corporate back-office promotional glitch. She worked hard & proved to be the terrific banker. Very much appreciated.

Best bank and people to deal with. I always enjoy going in and saying hello. Sometimes, due to time constraints, I use the drive thru window, but if I have time, I make it a point to go inside and say hello, conduct my business, and just enjoy genuinely good people. Life's too short to not enjoy the services of a good bank. I'm a customer for life.

I brought my uncle (vietnam vet) by here recently to take care of some of his finances. We met with Michael went above and beyond helping him out. I didnt interact much but he was the most peofessional banker I have ever met. My uncle is old, hard of hearing and needed alot explained. Michael was patient and extremely helpful. I wish every customer service interaction at any bank was as professional and nice as Michael was with us. I will be closing out my account at BOA and swapping to Regions based on how well they train their employees.

This bank gets a zero customer service is horrible.Specifically MistyHad broken toe and asked if they had a bathroom my young granddaughter could use and was told NO if we didn’t have account. We actually closed our account with them years ago because of lack customer service .This many years later and still bad service

All I wanted was to get my money through Western Union. They told me that they needed to create a profile for me asked for an ID. For some reason, your driver license is not enough for them to identify you and Regions asked for my greencard, the physical card itself. I had never provided my greencard to a private institution in the US before and I find it so unnecessary. I give only 2 stars to Regions Bank. But this guy, Jay, won me over through his kindness. 5 stars for Jay!

I went to update my name change today, and I saw Misty greet me when I walked in. She was very friendly, and she helped me with what I needed. I don't know why this place has a two star rating, mind you it's been my second time here (previously with my husband). As far as my experience so far, it has been pleasant! I recommend this place if you need a bank ☺️

I'm a college student who wanted to get approved for an upgraded credit card. My teller told me that I would likely get approved for the new card. Called me a day later to tell me that I was rejected. Then said I should get approved for extending the amount on the current card. I was only doing this because I am studying abroad and wanted to make sure I had enough for easy transactions abroad. So I tried to extend the amount on my card. Signed all the paperwork, and then got another call the next day and told I was rejected.Either my teller has no idea of her bank's credit card policies or she willingly strung me along. I would have rather been told point blank that I didn't have the income as a college student. Just a huge waste of time when I could have been working on alternatives.

Needed to get $100 bills. Not a customer in the branch. Two gentlemen tellers. I wrote the check, provided my driver's license and debit card. It took 12 minutes from that point until I had my cash. In hindsight I should have went through the drive-thru got 20s walked into the branch without any of the hassle and got the bills..... Better yet, I could have went to Winn-Dixie and done that. Customer service is simply not a priority. Bank branches should go away like the dodo bird and be replaced 100% with ATMs they can handle any transaction.

Terrible customer service. I switched over to regions years ago because my new wife used this bank. Worst decision I've made in a long time. Unnecessarily long holds on large deposits. We're talking 10-14 days here. Not acceptable. Recently my check card keeps getting shut off by regions fraud protection, but the bank doesn't give me a heads up and then afterwards refuses to explain why the card was deactivated. The last straw came when a check was returned nsf, even when money was in my account. I had to deal with that embarrassment, and then to top it off, after I repaid the entire amount, regions put the check through my acct 2 weeks later. And now I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. The app has no way to address problems and last time I called customer service, I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone in India that could barely understand me, and was incapable of providing any assistance.

I opened their new Life Green checking account that came with a promotion of $400. The requirements called for me to make 10 transactions within 30 days. Seems doable, except that the card was not sent to me until 16 days later... I completed the 10 transactions two days late and was declined the promotion bonus. Not a great way to establish a relationship with a new customer... I am closing my account.
