My mother passed away recently and in the process of settling her estate I needed to sell her condominium. After the sale I needed to cancel the home owners policy. Working with Michelle Robinson at the Randall Borgani Allstate agency has proven to be a breeze. Michelle was first, empathetic regarding our loss, and second extremely efficient at taking care of the cancellation. Thank you for the great service, Michelle!

Traci spent quite awhile with me on the phone trying to help me save on the cost of our insurances. She explained the different items and what they covered so I did not make a poor decision on coverage. She is also going to quote me a new Umbrella policy that might be a little more affordable. She was very helpful.
