Dropped off my car on 12/20/23. Called at 11:00 am, no answer. My car was serviced on July 16, 2022 with a two-year warranty for a catalytic converter. I spoke to owner and she said she would replace it! Have not heard from them and I’ve been calling since then but no answer!!!! Called cell phone number that I have to ask when will they open again after the holidays, no reply back! This is not a good sign! Very bad business practice not to leave a sign up at shop or answer phone calls as to when business will open again!Sending my car to Rainbow Mufflers on 103rd Street!

I went today and politely said I do not feel comfortable paying $250 for a muffler delete on my car. The blonde old lady who works at the desk then came out and very aggressively was adamant on the fact that I would not be able to find another place to do it for less. Very overpriced and unprofessional establishment. Also, very run down place, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

I cannot say enough good things about this nice establishment! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere and top-notch customer service. And let me tell you about the desk girl - she is an absolute gem! She greeted me with a warm smile and made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and it's clear that she takes great pride in her work.

STAY AWAY!!! Kathy is in charge of the operations there and her employees run the show! Her young workers are very inexperienced and their welding skills are pathetic! I'm an over-the-road driver and they welded three points underneath on my exhaust and two of them broke the very next day! They are a business destined to go out of business very soon! Stay away!
