After a long time away, I came back to keep my account active. Jack S. helped me. He was so pleasant. I couldn't remember my account number. He found it. I deposited money into savings and offered to deactive the previous debit card that was issued and issue a new one while I waited. I am not used to such efficient and fast service. Now that I know where this branch is located, I will definately come more often! Especially with such nice employees like Jack S!

The bank itself is amazing, had an awful experience today at this location, the teller was horrible very rude messed up my deposit and instead of trying escalate anything, shut down and got rude and dismissive.

They've been very helpful to me. I liked the former Baymeadows location better. But, the new location is okay. The Credit Union is very nice inside. The Tellers are very kind and helpful. Sometimes, I think they need at least one more Teller on hand. I do not care for the name change-but we will always have changes in life and we have to roll with it. Pros:great credit unionCons: parking is small. Recommend:YesAsking for? A location in ARLINGTON Please!

This branch is very nice and accommodating, you won't find long lines, minimum balances or those annoying account fees. I can say I finally fell comfortable having my money invested in Radifi. Thanks to Ronnie, Crystal & Penny for their outstanding service and the other great people at Radifi who provide top of the line service. Radifi earns 5 out of 5 stars!

I’m just venting I was with this Financial Institution many years again with just a savings account, and I have since decided that i would like to go back banking with them. I filled out a application received a call stating that i owed the bank so my next question is how and when now this was over 13 years ago, and the young lady said for a charge on a savings account, i said i only used this account to withdraw money not for transactions, she said well i need you to call collections, ok so i called collections and spoke to a agent that started off all wrong saying this was a lost to the bank blah blah i let him finished and stated that this was fraud he said to me yea but you caused the bank a loss i said no the fraudster caused the bank a loss, better yet can i speak to your supervisor or a supervisor, and the gentleman said no it’s your debt! Again i said may i please speak with a supervisor he said no, so i said your refusing me a supervisor and he HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I have never in all my years dealt with someone so rude and to hang up in my face and refuse me a sup!! Yea i think ? I’ll keep it moving but i just wanted to Vent!!!

In a time of hardship my former credit union closed all of my accounts after being with them over 25 years. Radifi came in like a true blessing and started my new membership. Truthly thankful!!

I moved from out of state and was seeking a great credit union like my previous credit union. Not only was I turned away because of a local power bill being 30 days past due. I pulled up a current utility bill and emailed it to the teller. I was again turned away because it stated c/o then my name. The teller handed me a print out stating a utility bill would allow me to open an account never mentioned on the bill it could not have c/o on the bill that I pay for. I would never recommend this bank after my experience. Not to mention I had a five figure deposit. I opened up an account with a great branch manager at Community Credit Union of Florida 1 hour later with just my out of state License and local address. I was welcomed with open arms and even opened an account for my child. My recommendation is for upper management to retrain the staff in this specific location on the member qualifications and how to better communicate with potential members. In the end I am glad they gave me the cold shoulder cause I ended up at a more reputable establishment.

A stop into my local Radify Credit Union branch today was quite an eye opener. I was assisted by capable associate Kevin, who patiently shared all the information necessary leading to my decision to allow this bank to handle all my financial needs.
