I have been to a lot of groomers and this place has been by far the best. Tristen the groomer communicates and loves her job. The service is excellent. Thank you!

This place ruined my poor puppy. They completely jagged shaved her all the way around when we specifically asked them not to, so now my fluffy bear looks like a sad rat. One of her eyes also was extremely red and irritated. But my worst problem is they cracked her black claws/nails. She’s been to this salon a few time and always comes back with sharp nails that our vet ends up filing down. She kept scratching me after coming home from her recent appt and when I investigated her nails they had just snap cut them and had cracked some of her nails so bad my poor puppy yelped in pain when I tried to look at them. If a dog salon can’t properly cut black dog claws they shouldn’t be grooming dogs. Never taking her back there.

The website was down and the incorrect information was pulled for an appointment. The receptionist wasn't helpful and the team didn't work to accommodate or provide solutions. I was charged several hidden fees ($40 extra) at the end of the appointment. $240 total for a dog groom for a 48 lb pup.

One of my dogs is affectionally referred to (by me) as a rabid bald eagle. Multiple local groomers have ever so politely asked us not to return but not Christine at The Dog Spa. She's able to bathe and groom him without issue. He looks and smells like a dream every time. We highly, highly recommend The Dog Spa for all your pet needs- they groom cats too!

Joshua was so nice and was so good with my fur baby! The haircut he gave her is my favorite yet in my 5 years of getting her groomed (she is a toy poodle so we’ve experienced a lot of different haircuts). This time she looks absolutely perfect! I have had all good experiences at Rad Dog so far. I would definitely recommend Joshua and will be requesting him again for all of our future appointments!!

My first experience at Rad Dog was great. Second experience ended with me having to take my dog to the veterinarian and pay a $150 bill because his stomach was infected. Turns out he has moist dermatitis and the vet said it could be due to dirty blades, too hot of a blade, etc.. My dog hasn’t been able to use the bathroom correctly, lost his appetite and his personality, and is extremely uncomfortable. I’m honestly dissatisfied with the experience. I will not be returning

Reply to owners response - the only thing I find more disappointing than the service you performed is your very disrespectful response to a dissatisfied recurring customer. How dare you insinuate my wife and I are “disconnected.” I can assure you we are quite together on this and the facts stand as they are - my wife specifically instructed you to not shave the dog, and in fact you shaved the dog. Those facts are indisputable. Your employee was one who suggested a #7, which is obviously not appropriate for a non-shaved dog! Who’s the professionals here? You have a dissatisfied customer...suggest you humble yourself before sending further disrespectful responses in this situation.Original review - We have used Rad Dog several times to have our West Highland Terrier groomed, however today the grooming was atrocious and nowhere near what was instructed. When dropping off, my wife specifically asked that she not be “shaved”, and when we picked up she was completely shaved and poorly at that. Could not be more disappointed in their failure to follow our specific and simple request as well the quality of the grooming. Upon calling to express that disappointment and complete dissatisfaction, they only offered an unacceptably small discount for our “next visit.” Obviously, there will be no “next visit!”

My sister and I have been bringing our two dogs (Hurley and Jade) have been coming here for grooming basically monthly since around January 2018. Both of my dogs suffer from separation anxiety and, despite being seven years old, becoming terribly scared (think: full-body shaking and trying to hide beneath anything they can find) when their mums aren't around to reassure them.We have tried numerous groomers over the years and our absolute favorite is Rad Dog. I love that I can book my appointments online--At my job, I work from 7:00am to 7:00pm. As such, I would estimate that approx 90% of the appointments I book are done so after-hours, so having the ability to make an appointment online at 10:00pm on a Sunday night is a GIANT plus for me.Additionally, Christine is the kind of small business owner that I love to support--She greets the dogs by name, remembers their small "quirks" (example - Jade is less scared if Hurley is near, so they let Hurley sit in the tub with Jade during her part of the bath because she prefers him to be there), and always lets me know how they did while away from mum (I love hearing about them growing out of their anxieties and becoming more social).I refer everyone I know that even mentions dog grooming over to Rad Dog. Christine cares about her clients (both the furry ones and the ones who are paying) and truly works her butt off. My dogs love Rad Dog and, at the end of the day, that's the most important part for me. I do not have any children of my own, so these are my "babies." I am SO GLAD to have Christine and Rad Dog, because nowhere else has ever worked for well for my silly nervous fur children.

Most expensive groomer in townDifficult to work withAsked us for tip before we were even allowed to see our dogs - unprofessional!Had a clear understanding with person on the phone who said no problem to shaving my large indoor dogs on the lowest setting. These people will argue and get nasty with the customers - JUST READ THE OWNERS REPLY TO CUSTOMERS! This is not a customer service oriented business.

We really appreciate the hard work that goes into keeping our Goldendoodle looking beautiful. Christine and team go out of their way for their customers, and as a customer, I truly appreciate the team at Rad Dogs. Our beautiful Goldendoodle is a Service dog for an extra special young man with autism. Due to his condition we sometimes have requests like can you cut her beard shorter this time because ..... or can you make her smell extra good because..... or no smells this tim

I will never suggest to my worst enemy to bring your dog here. Your dog will have scabs and bruises due to harsh grooming and dirty tools. Please go somewhere else, you've been warned. There are plenty other groomers that are safe, professional, and even more affordable.
