I called the store the evening of 7/21/24. A young lady answered the phone and said hello but didn't answer as Racetrack then when she realized how she answered she started laughing. How unprofessional.

Man my son lives in argyle forest and I always go to the circle k by candlewood, but today they were doing road work and construction and I couldn't get to there so I went to the race track and Malik was probably the nicest guy I've ever experienced in a racetrack like super sweet if he's not a manager he should be thank you so much for giving me such a great experience Malik. If you read this don't forget to try that Ethiopian coffee from Publix okay?

I have a service dog and then manages lady’s on the night shift makes fun of my disability making harsh statements saying thing like that not a service dog and they will have me trust passed after I clearly showed them my credentials! Very rude and both were managers I will be filling a state claim if they are not reprimanded.I sometimes get a attitude or too in the day time one of the young ladies plain out told me she just don’t like dogs.She was not rasied to have do in side the are meant to be out side and that all a matter of opinion that is not law or good for business. And when the night manager has what she calls a bad day she locks the door at night ?

I ask for a 2 pack special on cigarettes. The lady only rang up one and I didn’t notice until she went to put it in my bag after the sale was final. Then she gets someone to come over and say we don’t do refunds on cigarettes. I said I ask for 2. She said then you would have to buy another 2 and then you can get the discount. We go to this gas station 3 times a week but never again. And she said so you can have “dat” or not.

Trash. Air pump doesn’t work but there isn’t a sign. They’re just stealing from people lol. Every pump in this area seems like this. Just taking advantage of people and collecting money, but of course staff recommended I go buy an air pump. I HAVE a compressor at home. I need this now, here. People will say anything to just avoid effort.

I don't know what going on with this store, maybe it's company wide, but every time I turn around there's a handwritten sign on the doors saying "sorry for the inconvenience but we're closed"!! One time it'll say because of system being down, the next time it'll say it's because of staffing issues, the next it'll say pumps aren't working, and so on and so on!! All the excuses are getting old and very suspect. Corporate, get it together. This location is in a very populated and busy area, we need our "convenient" stores and this location hasn't been very convenient!

I am LUIS FUENTES I have been a customer of this store since it opened a few years ago. Their is an outstanding shift manager his name is a young man named Roy and he always has the best attitude he's a role model and all the other employers should pattern their work habits after him and he has a wonderful heart for all customers.

Don’t know how this store even makes money. These guys are closed at so many different hours of the day. It’s hard to tell when they’ll be open just showed up today and they were closed at 7 o’clock. Sometimes they’re closed at 11 sometimes they’re closed at 1:30 in the morning, I wish I could review bomb this place to hell
