They want you to wait 2 hrs for an oil change. Not me, went down the road to take 5 and got $25 off the top with a 15 min total time to change oil.

I tried to buy a new ford from them and they added a $2000 'protection package' plus tax on it to the cost of the vehicle. I've bought 11 new cars in my life and never experienced such a cost. I would not recommend this dealership. AWFUL!!
