Stylist: The man who did my pedicure was named Tim, he was amazing! And he was very sweet and made you feel comfortable too, provided great customer service and did an amazing job!

I recently started returning to this business not because they had done anything wrong but due to my time restraints to get there. I've used this place for years and they always treat me with kindness and like I'm family. They communicate prices upfront as usual. They give me choices of packages but aren't pushing upgraded services. Going to this place is like going to spend some time with good friends. Nice conversations and a good atmosphere.
Cleanliness: I walked in and every station was clean and maintained. I didn't have an overwhelming smell of chemicals at the time of my visit.

I was in the market for a new nail salon and tried Q-nails and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was so relaxing and clean. I made an appointment I was seen before I picked my color. Annie spent quality time getting to know you one on one. She made me feel like family. She was so helpful about what was best for me. She talked me into something I never tried and I absolutely LOVED it and even got so many compliments. Thanks Annie for making me feel like family. I am now a life long client!!!

My wife has been a customer of Annie and Steve for at least 20 years. A couple of months ago she asked if I wanted a pedicure. I’ve never had a professional pedicure. My experience with Annie was amazing. I’m now a regular customer and go there once a month. Guys if you never had a pedicure treat yourself to one at Q Nails.

It's an appointment-only nail salon. I wish they'd only advertised it online.Please advertise appointments only online it will save future customers the trip of driving to the facility only to be disappointed.

Every time I am in Jacksonville FL, this is my go to spot. I love the atmosphere and staff, the gentleman doing my toes is who I always request. Appointments are recommended because they stay busy with there regular clientele. Very professional and clean shop. Nails and toes done by Q nails, but all nail jewelry shown was done by me and my grandbaby.

I recently relocated to the west side and was on the market for a new nail salon home. I stumbled across Qnails on Google maps and had to check them out, and I’m so glad that I did. Upon entry they greeted me nicely and started my services in less than 5 minutes. I was not aware that they operate based off appointments but they still serviced me and made it seem as if it was so issue (I didn’t even know they were appointment based til after I got my pedicure). I got a pedicure and medium coffin set and was in and out in under 2 hrs. They even offered drinks during the service. Steve and his wife are so down to earth and friendly and the environment is so cute and calming that I will definitely be back for years to come! Thanks a lot Steve!?Services: Nail cut & filing

Annie is a wonderful woman and technician. Her husband Steve does a fantastic job. She always does a fantastic job on my nails and toes. Relaxed atmosphere. Any type of style. And full service nail salon. Getting a pedicure is the best. I would refer them to everyone. But you must make an appointment. Which is no problem.Services: Nail cut & filing
