People may save on favorite products and enjoy a pleasant shopping visit. Managers and associates are always around to greet and help, stocking shelves and find exactly what shoppers are looking for. The deli is fantastic, second to none, and the bakery has cakes. The staff are friendly and the store is clean, well kept and pleasant. The location in Jacksonville FL has a pleasant shopping experience and a pleasure to visit. Publix associates are above and beyond standards and this store is one of the best.
Customer service desk employees not too friendly. Everything in Publix as always, too expensive when comparing item to identical item at other grocery stores. Hyped up in order to raise prices.

I was standing in line today waiting to place my order Johanna had some very rude customers she was serving ahead of me. She did a great job staying calm and professional. She didnt deserve their bad behavior. Continue you being sweet and courteous even in the hard times which you shouldnt have to deal with.
