Went to this pharmacy to pick up a friend's medication with them, only to find out later that something was wrong with that prescription. They either gave them the wrong entire prescription, or changed it to some generic type which prompted an allergic reaction and nearly hospitalized my companion. It wasn't until their primary physician looked over the medication that the mistake was discovered. DO NOT GO HERE.

Have been to this location twice now and haven’t a good experience. Staff members were very unkind. You are treated like a number and not a person. I Asked for assistance at the customer service counter and the young lady wasn’t very friendly at all and looked at me as if I was a bother. Kathy the cashier and Jordan the pharmacy tech were also not professional or welcoming. I will not recommend this location to anyone or return here.

I waited in line for a long time got up to the counter the man said they didn’t have any instead of checking with the staff I walk away and the lady tell me we have it let me fill it. 3 minutes later it ready. Instead of allowing me to cut I had to wait another 20mins in line for the second time not cool

Cole must be having a bad day today or just does not like black people. The fact that my mother was asking him questions before she got her COVID shot and he didn't want to address any of her concerns is very disturbing. Especially watching him have a conversation with the lady of a different race ahead of us. Will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again hopefully this complaint isn't overlooked and Cole is given some serious training.

Want to be humiliated? Go to the pharmacy with a prescription... tell them it's for someone who just got out of the hospital with CoVid-19 and you'd appreciate a "rush on it." You'll get screamed at and told "YOU'RE NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS STORE !!!" Then, that same pharmacist will lie to the store manager and say she didn't say that, but that you weren't wearing your mask appropriately... deflection attention from herself. Then, in front of everyone, the same pharmacist will rip stuff off the counter and begin furiously spraying with some disinfectant as though I was a contaminated and nasty human being. I felt so humiliated. Think I'd trust a lying pharmacist to fill a prescription in the future? Nope!

The store had pretty much what I needed. For some reason I thought I drove up to a Whole Foods but discovering Publix wasn't bad at all.

I have always been a public shopper but no more! There were at least five people in the store with no masks when I mentioned it to an employee I was told they could not ask them to leave. Is that how you care about your customers? I was at a Family Dollar the other day and when a women walking in without a mask she was immediately asked to leave. I live in a senior complex and I will be warning them not to shop at your store any longer, it is too dangerous. I am very disappointed in your feeling for your customers.
