Horrible experience the lied about the time to expect my prescription and showed no empathy about the fact their delay delays the treatment the ER physician prescribed. I thought Publix Pharmacy was better than that. Time to find another Pharmacy who actually cares about the patient.

They talk to you on the phone with attitude, they give you your prescription with attitude. They need a crew change for sure.

I’m new to this area, but I have used Publix Pharmacy for over a decade. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for my prescription to be filled. It’s really surprised that when I ordered some refills on Friday they said they wouldn’t be ready until Monday.
