Ordered an Instacart order for pickup. Sitting and waiting I received notification that my order was picked up and delivered to my car. Well how is that when I’m still sitting in my car? So send someone on the inside and they say “Door dash already has your order, nothing we can do about it”. Excuse me this order was for pickup ???? So ok contact customer service only to be told it will take 7-10 business days for a refund and at that time I can order again (unless I want to pay again for an order tht was over $100)! Sighs, accountability is everything. I won’t be back up this Publix.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on this side of town. I have had issues with this place the past two years that I have been going to pick up prescriptions, every time I go in when they say my daughters medication is ready(which can only be approved the day before she is out) it is NEVER ready. Today my wife went in to refill the prescription under a new insurance and the lead pharmacist was absolutely rude to her. We will NOT be going back and I DO NOT recommended anyone to go here.

I’m frequently in here doing Shipt orders. Please teach your baggers how to properly bag items and stop overloading bags! They’re ripping when I’m loading my car, food is mis matched in the bags with stuff that shouldn’t be mixed. Adding stuff to bread or chips that’ll crush them. These issues impact a third party shoppers tips and ratings.

ORGANIZATION: The hot bar and deli department definitely need a better process for busy hours. After ordering a popcorn chicken meal with potato wedges I was told it would be fifteen minutes to make more wedges. I agreed and stated I'd wait. No one wrote down what I ordered or what I was waiting for mind you. Fifteen minutes went by and another customer asked for them. She was told fifteen minutes. Are you kidding me, they haven't even started making them?! As customers, we started talking to each other while we waited and apparently at least six of us were waiting on food that no one in the back was even preparing. Apparently there's no communication so people know in the back what orders are coming in and what food they need upfront. Especially when the person taking the order rotates out very frequently. That fifteen minutes turned into thirty-eight minutes and a very angry bunch of customers. WRITE STUFF DOWN / KEEP AN ACTIVE ORDER BOARD.

I’m not going to give it a low rating on one experience but it definitely wasn’t a pleasure dealing with Melissa at customer service who tried to pawn me to someone else only for them to have a customer. No good morning, hi, thank you or anything. It’s 9:47 lady, this day is too young to be in a mood

Never on time always dismissive and biased. Ijs cause I have to I'm chronically I'll buy they never care! Have me waiting forever even though they told me to come at that certain time. I'm on strong medication which can harm me and aggravate my disease worse, but I know I'm not their kid, their wife, their friend and I don't matter.

Well I know we all be busy sometimes but when you have a patient coming out of the hospital, or really sick ( passing out and throwing up in the car) they need to consider having medications ready I went to pick it up 3 hours after has been submitted from the clinic, Publix associate stated that is in Qued and may be ready at 5pm “may be” not sure they are too busy . I have another bad experiences that I couldn’t use my insurance coverage because the associate was not entering the Information the correct way and she spoke to the insurance person and still when I came back she stated my insurance information was wrong and an associate already talk to my insurance the previous time and it work, so frustrating, I use my insurance at Walgreens, CVS, Windixie and never ever have any issue.

Kim the Pharmacist is always really friendly and so helpful. All of the assistant/techs are always friendly too. This Pharmacy always helps me get the best price even if my insurance doesn't cover it. 100% customer oriented!

this isn't even like Publix,it's so sad how rude most of the employees are.iknow what the service standards are as I've got friends in management at other locations.the older woman with glasses at the seafood counter is always so rude when i go there,today my husband asked a super simple question about shrimp , and she sarcastically instead of just explaining that the other shrimp were a half a pound more said that and then went on and on with a math problem to try to make him feel stupid which was completely unnecessary, all she had to say was oh the Frozen bag of shrimp is a pound and a half and not a pound. I will never go in this Publix again Publix as a company should be ashamed of this location

I’ve always loved Publix but today I fell in love with their bakery. The cake I ordered for my daughter’s 4th birthday was beyond beautiful and delicious.

Pharmacist Joe was refused to answer medication questions concerning administering suggestions needed to avoid and/or reduce the horrifically disabling intestinal pains after taking a specific milligram.My experience with Pharmacist Joe has been concerning because of his lack of knowing interactions and specifics of the medication that my doctor had me stop taking and switched me back to my prior milligrams. What is most concerning is Pharmacist Joe responded to my medication question by replying in a condescending and discriminatory manner; treating me as if I were a junkie or as if my life doesn’t matter. He hung up on me.Then I called back and he left me on hold for over 45 minutes, he picked up the phone, and disconnected my call. Meanwhile, I’m doubled over in pain searching for ways to take this higher milligram without getting sick.I hope he will choose to help.
