Unbelievable the way I've been poorly treated by the pharmacy staff. They refuse to fill my antidepressant after I had my pill bottle stolen, and instead of explaining or taking the time to hear what I had to say, I was rudely told they were going to hang up on me. They're concerned because it hasn't been 30 days, even though I had refills, and said they needed to know it was okay with my doctor, even that I could understand. So I called my Doctors office and explained what happened and my Doctor sent over a brand new prescription to them, clearly indicating that she approves it! They still refused, so now because I was the victim of a crime I'm being stereotyped and acted against with prejudice over my mental health disorder, to which will not go untreated. Never again will I use punlix or shop there because it has become ridiculously overpriced. This is only the beginning of my retribution campaign. And it's an antidepressant / smoking cessation medication, it's not like it's a narcotic for christ sake.

You will never find another pharmacy where the owner and entire staff is so genuinely nice, caring and professional. You will be greeted with a smile and called by your name each time, no matter how busy they are. Every single person there is generous of heart.

I've used this place multiple times for Covid testing. Travel to this place from the beach. Not appealing necessarily when you come in; but the professionalism, kindness and patient support is so important. Won't go into details but via email owner went above and beyond to provide services...even after hours. Truly a family pharmacy.

I have been to this location multiple times. Very convenient and close to my home. I felt overlooked and ignored. A kind white man literally opened the door for me and let me go in first. Who do you think got the pharmacist's attention first? The white man. I didn't mind because the white man did let me in the door before him. But when the next customer came in and was addressed before me I felt some type of way. Pharmacist can not handle work load and this is not the first time I felt this way. The pharmacist that I saw the first 3 times I been here was much nicers. I love the pharmacy being close but they need to work on their customer service skills.I am a Black female if that matters...and all other customers put before me were MEN.

Diego is the nicest person you will ever meet. If you are tired of the cold impersonal way most pharmacies treat you, try this place. They genuinely care about you. They will also deliver your medicine to you. Best pharmacy in Jacksonville!!
