“Great service. My home sensor detected a gas leak so I called them ( the receptionist was super friendly). They took this super serious and urgent. The owner Lewis came after hours and didn't leave until he was 100% sure that everything was safe. I also used them for my house gas supply and have always been very professional.I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“We called Griffis Gas after having a different gas company for 35 years. They let our gas run out and were in no hurray to help us with it. We called Griffis Gas and Mel answered the phone and she had all the answers. They came out the same day with a gas tank. Excellent customer service. We are so glad we changed!”

“We ran out of propane in our RV and couldn't find anyone to come out to us, or for us to go to, until we found Blossman. We broke camp and rode out to them (less than 10 miles from us) and they got us right in, filled up and on our way in less than 10 minutes. Great staff and friendly folks! Now we have hot water and a stove again! Yay!”

Juan from Sharp Energy came and checked the tank and all other appliances to make sure they are all in good condition. “A particular staff member William Tippins isn’t the most pleasant person to work with. He’s really uptight and has a rude way of interacting with customers. It makes me wish another place was nearby. Mr. Micheal Peña was much more of a pleasure to work with. (Update) Came here after the U-haul on Phillips/University told me I could use a tow trailer to move a vehicle. The staff at University are rough around the edges. Back to mandarin location. Mr. Bernard and his staff are really laid back and just plain get you situated and on your way. I must say I am throughly impressed with the turn around at this location. Give thanks.”

“I’ve been a customer for 8 years as I inherited a gas tank from the previous homeowners from this company or else I would have just gone with another company to start with. I’ve been on auto delivery since 2021 when I put a tankless water heater in, and didn’t have problems with them filling up my tank until last week. They hadn’t been out to fill my tank since January, and suddenly the hot water wouldn’t turn on. Auto delivery means keep the tank full! We called the after hours number, which they asked if we wanted someone to come over that night on an emergency run or if it could wait until first thing the next morning. Being nice, we said we would wait until the next morning and we were advised someone would call and confirm gas delivery first thing that morning. Someone (Tracy) called alright, not to confirm delivery (which she said wasn’t her department) but to inform me I wasn’t on auto delivery ever because I hadn’t done a soft credit check. My account on the app states that I AM on auto delivery for that tank and I’ve personally witnessed the auto delivery fills ups in the past and did not have to call them to make a delivery, so that was certainly a lie that I was not on auto delivery. The after hours number also stated I was on auto delivery, so Tracy was NOT being truthful. Plus, I’ve been a customer for 8 years with no past due balance, what do they need a soft credit check for??!! Tracy told me she would get back to me about the delivery, which she never did. My husband checked at lunch time to see if the tank was filled, it wasn’t, and then called them up as well. He was told they’d call him back, and naturally they didn’t. Then he called again after lunch and got Tracy. She said she’d get back with him, and proceeded to wait until almost 5pm to say they weren’t coming today AS PROMISED and we would have to wait until Monday. We called the after hours number again and were advised that since our gauge was at 10 (our hot water system won’t run at that level) they would have to charge us $250 for an emergency run on top of the gas cost, for their own negligence in customer service!! That is outrageous and they should absolutely be ashamed of theirselves! We are getting quotes from other gas companies as clearly this company does not want any business. Their mission statement says they strive for customer satisfaction, which clearly is not the case given our experience and judging from the Google and Yelp reviews!
7/11/2024 follow-up on this review from earlier in June. I’ve changed my rating to a 4 due to the wonderful manager Paul Lewis who not only took the time to do research on my issue, but acknowledged I was correct and resolved everything for me. He certainly stands by the mission statement and deserves recognition! I appreciate his assistance and will be sure to reach out if needed in the future.”
