Peter, Michael and Shannon were the most amazing team I could ever have to buy a house✨ first time owning and the experience was above and beyond. I didn’t know what to expect or how the process was going to be, but they guided us through everything. Closing took a few weeks after changing houses last minute. Amazing experience with buying a first house!
Mike Gayda and Shannon patiently answered all even silly questions.
Very honest communication, when they found a better program for us, made extra effort to start all paper work from the beginning with a better option.
Very quick response and pleasant communication, always kept us up to date.
Started the whole process out of curiosity of my chances to get a house and in 1.5 month I’m already inside my new home!

We worked with Michael Gayda from PrimeLending and we had an excellent experience. This was our second time buying a home, but first here in FL and the service we had was exceptional. They worked with us to get preapproved early on in the build process and were able to make adjustments to the loan as things progressed and we got closer to closing. The weekly market updates Michael provided were immensely helpful and when it came close to the time of locking in the rate we had daily conversations on the phone surrounding what was happening in the market. We were in contact all the way through the process and really kept up to date on each step that was happening. I highly recommend Michael Gayda for your home loan needs!

WE crossed the finish line! David and his team worked diligently with me on my home's refinance, and though it had a few curveballs in the process, they knocked it out of the park! I hardly had to lift a finger to complete this refi, they handled it all!
