Never a bad experience when we show up. They completely take care of us and never pressure us to add additional services. Syd, is amazing and makes you feel like family!! I would highly recommend this place if you want a profession, yet family friendly environment. Thank you Prime Care Wash.

So first off, Sydney…A1. From the 1st call, I knew this was the spot to be. I did not expect to receive same day service for what I was asking & she delivered. Secondly, I have to tell you abt Big Chris….not the lil one. I was not expecting the service I received, I just knew I needed better than what I had. Long story short he went beyond what I expected & Im more than satisfied. This is just the 1st visit & he was 100% honest, but I dnt doubt him at all. I know he’ll deliver so I’ll be back for sure. I’m just going to let the pics do the tlkn, this is just the 1st interior treatment….that he did himself ?

Very disappointed in my experience there and this wasn't an isolated incident. The difference is this time I'm leaving a review. I purchased the middle of the road, $29 car wash and interior "wipe down of hard surfaces." Not even a spritz of air freshner comes with it. Don't waste your $ or time. Only a dry, dirty cloth must have been used. Dash board still had dust all over it, cup holders weren't touched, steering display was still dusty, interior doors had clearly not been touched, and black surfaces were still dusty. A wet rag couldn't have touched any dry surface. When I pulled out of the car wash, there was a gentleman in the tent who would normally direct driver to a bay. He was on the phone and ignored us. I see a guy at the far end of Bay 1 direction me his way. It was hard to see him because there was so much water on the windshield. Later when I was driving, it was clear they hadn't even attempted to towel down or wipe down the water on the windshield (air dryer didn't even touch the water beading). The water spots were visible everywhere as soon as the sun was shining. All over the car and windshield. I still tipped more than I should have (cash tip). Maybe it's the kids having never been trained properly or the high turnover. But after the same poor job multiple times, now it's on me to find a better car wash and management who cares. It's hot work and the staff is probably getting short changed on tips because they simply were not trained with even minimal "standards."
I remember it took forever for management to even add a tipping option on the card payment when they first opened. Wasn't a priority for them then and it's not a priority now. At best, this wasn't even worth $10.

I recently went in for a full detail on a new car and had Syd and Josh R help on my car. It’s never looked better I’m very happy with it. the company is really great to work with and very polite.

I do not recommend Prime Car Wash on San Jose Blvd.
They take a very long time to wash the car.
Some of the staff are great, but many are indifferent at best.
Today, I was the only customer. I had to wait for an attendant to arrive to give me a ticket. I had to wait a long time for some guy to start the actual car wash. And when I pulled around for the to get my car vacuumed, there was another wait for staff. I was the only customer.
Bad service, poor job.

Former resident of Jax and a “regular” @ Prime on San Jose.
Moved to Nashville in 2021, and always come back to Prime @ the San Jose location when I’m back in town. NOTE: No Car Wash operations like this in Nashville.
Upon my last couple of visits to Prime @ San Jose, I have been greeted by Sydney. She is friendly, customer focused and always takes time to listen prior to making service recommendations. I’ve not been disappointed with her advice. She “understands the business” and gives customers the trust and confidence to return on a repeat basis.
Wish I could take her and Prime to Nashville!!

This is by far the best car wash I have been to in Jacksonville, they always do an amazing job and Sidney always greets me with a smile!
I’m a fan of their lemon scent. My car always looks brand new and smells amazing after coming here.
