I received my pieces, and they were perfect. The garments all fit well, except for one. The item was too long and would need altering, so I decided to gift it to my daughter. I purchased most of them for a cruise and I can't wait to wear them.

I've shopped here for about 4-5 years now. Every item I received were great. I'm a seamstress and the clothes are made well. Fit is spot on. I appreciate the communication throughout the process. I live in Kansas and there's NOTHING here for fashion. I love Nicole. And I love PRETTY PIECES. ??????

First and foremost, I apologize for not leaving a review much sooner, they’re important to small businesses! So forgive me for not doing so.I moved to Florida a few years ago and was searching for Black owned boutiques and happened to come across Pretty Pieces! I’ve been shopping online there every since and my overall experience has been GREAT! I love the clothes because they truly have some very pretty to absolutely gorgeous pieces for every(body) and are very reasonably priced! I always receive compliments whenever I wear an item from them. I haven’t had a bad experience with customer service. The ladies who hand you your items (if you’re picking up) are always a pleasure to talk with and greet you with kindness. Shipping has always been timely as well. I’ve had one (1) issue with something being too large and an exchange was made without a problem. Sizing can be tricky for certain items, but it’s always stated on the website if things are a tight, loose, true to size, stretches or junior fit, there is a size chart also, that’s what has helped me.I’ll continue to support Pretty Pieces because their clothes always make me feel prettier! Thanks for that!

First time shopper. My experience wasn’t good. The quality doesn’t match the pictures on the site. The items I purchased were huge and very baggy. The return and refund policy is not stated clearly on the website. The customer service is not good but not bad. It’s sad that a company would just keep’s someone hard earn money and they are not satisfied with the product, but not only that the products were returned next day in the same conditions they were delivered. This is what make it hard to support minority business because of this type of service. The prices are expensive but the quality isn’t. I was in communication with the Manager and the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with products. The owner made promises that weren’t followed through. Please think twice before ordering products from this boutique???

I recently shopped online and as a first time shopper was offered a percentage off (pops up when you shop for the first time) well, I tried to get an exchange as they clothes didn't fit so well and was told its against store policy so for $160 am stuck with clothes that don't fit and a retailer who won't work with customers. I would not recommend them!!

The pieces here are gorgeous but if you are petite, the small just doesn't give what its supposed to give unless you are curvy. The pieces are pricey but I wouldn't mind the price if they had clothes that fit me! I shopped online only.
