Very very upset. On more than one occasion I’ve showed up to pick up table linen for my event of the day… DURING BUSINESS HOURS…. And the store is CLOSED. I was told the items would be ready on Friday they weren’t. Here it is Saturday at noon, and no one is here for me to pick up my stuff! The sign says they should be OPEN 9-3 pm, yet closed at noon! I can clearly see my stuff is now ready, through the window. But can’t get it. ???

Worst experience ever,they said my dry cleaning would be ready for pick up on Tuesday.I went to pick it up.Wasnt ready,so I said where is it.Oh! machine is brock down.Cqme back next day still no sweater.I pitched a fit and said just give me the Sweater back ,I'll have it cleaned somewhere else.Its not here???
It's on other side of town.Wha...
So I go pick it up today (Thursday) and after me telling them not to dry clean it they did anyway and changed 8 bucks.I noticed the woman can't really understand englisch until it comes to money.I wouldn't even give them a Star
Terrible Service,I will never go there again.

Every time I try to go in and pick up my clothes the person who handles pick up's is never there. Just two older ladies who ack like they have no clue what's going on. And that's if your lucky some days you will go up there and just see a "be back soon" sign on the door.

Super convenient location with affordable pricing. I dropped off my comforter today to get washed. The 2 ladies are as sweet as can be. Plus they have a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of your car. Definitely recommend

I have been coming to this place for YEARS. I trust them 100% to take care of any sew backs, cleaning, stain removal. I have some dresses that get holes in them on the side or in the back and bring them here for a fixing. I have only ever used them for my nice business clothes. They get stains out like no one's business. Zaid is the one I always see there and his professionalism is outstanding. I come in and drop my clothes off, give my number and am good to go. He makes things very easy.I love that there is a drive through as well. I pop through there to pick up my dry cleaning and he kindly puts the clothes in the back for me.Prices are great also, I don't feel like I'm spending my life savings coming to them, they are super affordable.I actually have a dry cleaning place right by my house and I would rather drive the 10 minutes to come here and bring my clothes here.Service: Alterations

Zaid is wonderful! he is always kind to us, and does a great job with our dry cleaning. cheapest and best in town, i’ve been going to him for years for my formal clothes, business clothes, bed linens, etc.
