I sincerely hope that the USPS can employ more clerks inside the post office who possess the same level of professionalism and kindness as Santanna does outside the office.
Currently, I have two favorite mail carriers, Chris, who has worked as a carrier for many years, and Santanna, who is relatively new to the position. Both individuals are incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely care about their jobs. It is unfortunate that the USPS seems to retain the least competent employees while the best ones often disappear. Let's hope the post office can emulate their examples and foster a culture of friendliness and care, it is clear that both Chris and Santanna truly love their jobs and are dedicated. Kudos to Chris and Santanna for being outstanding mail carriers! ?”
