I've learned to never use the mobile app. Unless you order there, you're gonna end up waiting an hour minimum. You will have to bug the cashier multiple times to look for your mobile order. You'll sit and watch people come and go before you ever get a mobile order. God forbid they tell you to pull your car to a parking spot. You're invisible at that point. They forgot you ever ordered or existed.

This place sucks employee don't care all tables dirty no ice old drinks machine always out of friesDon't go here ! Today 10 Mar had issue with worker said eat in is closed and only use drive thru well this is a scam and just don't want to help people then waited at the drive thru window and made me wait 15 minutes before taking my order these employees all suck and should be fired I wanted to talk to a supervisor but cant call as they don't answer the phone or no information to make complaints other that google total waste of space remove all workers and supervisors should be fired that's why this store doesn't make any money

3rd car in line. Simple order. Took over 25 minutes to get my food. Unexceptable when you only have 35 minutes for a dinner break!!!!

Me and my husband went to this facility for the first time. We wanted to try one of their new sandwiches. I’m five months pregnant and waited for like an hour with my husband in the lobby for a mobile pick up order. We had two Mobile pick up orders get their food before us along with three in store customers before us they told us they couldn’t give us our one large cup, because they had none and they gave it to us with no ice. We had to fill up the drink, and there was also no ice at the counter. We had to wait in line and listen to the cashier complain about making two sandwiches, and slapped one on the counter. They did not offer us any sauces it was wanting us to leave saying “yeah, right” when my husband said, thank you when we got the food.

The Manager is rude and very Unprofessional. I ordered my food online as Cary out and went there to pick it up. It was ready for pickup when i reached there but they closed the lobby at 7. The lady working there came out. And so people went in to pickup food. I saw 2 customers picking up there food and leave. When i requested her to just hand me my food since i am already in and its been 30 minutes since my food been ready and sitting there. The wings go cold and saggy when sitting that long. But she didn't listen and was very rude to me. She didn't listen what i said and instead came out and was threatening me to leave or she gonna call the cop. I was talking very nicely and explaining her to just hand me and I'll leave simce i saw the bag waiting there ready. But she wasn't been understanding and instead threatened and being rude. When i asked her for manager she said i am the manager get out of here.Thats very unprofessional and rude behavior who is their regular and has ordered food which was just sitting there.

Rude, lazy management. Undertrained workers with no clue how to properly engage customers. A severe failure to meet standards at this location, needs immediate corporate review in practices and service. Location's phone number seems to be a cell phone, always turned off, with a perpetually full mailbox. I genuinely hope this franchise has its license agreement revoked until new ownership and proper management is found.Highly doubtful this will ever occur or be acknowledged.

The food was horrible Popeyes doesn't taste the same at all. Not sure what the company has done to the recipe. On top of that the workers forgetting to put the food in ur bag that u paid for. A long line to wait in for horrible food??

This location needs new management. The wait is always 20+ minutes, even when there are only a couple of cars. The line simply doesn't move. This trip, we waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to place our order....to find out ONLY dark meat was available and they wouldn't have any white meat chicken for several days. That doesn't make sense and boils down to very bad management.

Worst service I ever experienced. Why won't they just hire good employees. It's sad that a great company with great food chooses to hire such horrible people. Shame on you Popeyes. Settling for less shouldn't be your moto. Shame on you. Ruining your legacy.
