I was given spoiled chicken went thru the drive through order my food made it all the way to work and my chicken wings smelled so bad I tired to call but no answer I just throw them away i order at 4pm when I return to work the next morning 7am the custodian said whatever was in my trash can had myWhole office stank which was the chicken i would never eat there away

The absolute WORST service you can ever imagine at a Popeyes. This one on Atlantic is ridiculous! Came to the drive thru tonight at 930 pm and the person on the intercom put us on hold. Her microphone kept coming on and you could hear all the laughing and playing the team members were doing. A few of them kept coming in and out of the store while we were still waiting for her to acknowledge us. You could hear her yelling back and forth to another customer about thier order and her saying "she doesn't care about your food or if it's hot or not" then you could hear another team member telling them to cut the microphone off because the ppl un the drive thru could hear her talking and she states that "she doesn't care". After hearing this, we responded asking her if she was ready to take our order and she says "nah, give me a second" and laughs then continues to talk rudely about the previous person's order. After being in line for 15 mins, another team member answers then puts us on hold for an additional 5 mins. When someone finally takes our order and we get to the window, you could see all the team members standing around and playing. One was on his cell phone talking to someone and only one person was working. They got our order wrong and gave us old food just reheated. Chicken tatsed like it's been sitting there and that they just redropped it in grease and gave it to us smh. A wasted $29 and a waste of time. Horrible service and they need to review these team members for customer service etiquette, courtesy, not giving old food out, and paying attention. Will NOT recommend this particular location to ANYONE. Simply disgraceful!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal. It came with a drink. The guy asked if I wanted a medium or a large. I chose the medium assuming that's what came with it. When I checked my receipt he charged me $.50 extra for the medium.

This location is SO accustomed to crackhead homeless people bugging their customers in their drive thru that they are unbothered and unfazed.This location is filthy. Broken parking lots and dirty bums are allowed to approach and bother customers.And the food is gross. Bun wet and smashed into its foil bag. Absolutely ridiculous to drop almost $20 and get this level of food and deal with homeless badgering me.Will never go back to this location.There have to be nicer ones that feel safe and serve food worthy of what I came to spend.

I see ? they have a new young man, as the store manager, but he wasn't pleasant, the food wasn't good ?. I order the 5 piece, only thighs. I can't believe that the chicken was so small. It didn't look like short thighs ? ?. And the young lady was not respectful, no manners. And the store needs to be cleaner. I wouldn't send no one to this store, out in Arlington Area. Off of Atlantic Blvd. ??

I will not ever go back to this establishment. I arrived at 7:30 pm, there was one side of the register for Uber Eats pick-ups and one side of customers waiting for their food. The young man who was at the register did not call next in line and I stood there for 5 minutes before a man in a green shirt came to the front and told me where the line started after I asked him. The older lady that was working, has a nasty attitude (strike 1). My friend wanted the 6-piece wing combo, the young man told her that there was no combo and she had to pay for the drink and side separately which is not true. When it was my time to order, I wanted white meat, but I was told there was none. I asked about the same 6-piece wing combo for $10.49 he told me it's called a dinner, not a combo. My friend got her 6 piece wings at 7:39 pm. I asked for a refund at 8:00 pm because they hadn't even started boxing my order. It was only at this time, that the young man said he could box my order which I declined. They were only focused on the Uber Eats and the drive-thru thru not the patrons who ordered inside. I left this location and went to the one on University Blvd N. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
