Worst place to rent from. 7821 Pepper Circle was very much abandoned and not kept up over the time of vacancy. When we moved in the home was not even cleaned from the previous renters. It was infested with roaches and ants that our pest control specialist confirmed came from the foundation of the home. My children’s windows didn’t have screens or locks. Electrical issues caused to loses over $500 worth of food in our deep freezer and they had no sympathy at all. On top of another one of their properties burning down to the ground bc of electrical issues. All we asked for was for them to take accountability and fix the issues within the home. Starlett told me out of her mouth that they didn’t have the “funds”. So my question is how do you consider yourself a property manager. Let somebody else take it over because there was way too many problems going for your guys to not have the funds to handle. I can go on and on about how horrible these people are. Never rent from them.

This company recently purchased a property that I have been leasing for several years. Every time I phone that office it appears the person on the other end is always having a bad day. Customer service begins here and I will judge accordingly. They expected to increase my rent by over $300.00 within 30 days after they took over. Absolutely outrageous.

I use to be tenant in one the many properties they have and I can tell you that Ms.Denise had such a wonderful and amazing customer service skils every time I had a issue with the property I wish I can give her more stars on her, such a wonderful woman.
