This was my first and last time coming to pilot travel center if I have to go inside to pay for fuel instead of paying for fuel at the pump, I don’t need to be here. I buy thousands of dollars worth a few every month and I no intentions on come back to this pilot.

This place is horrible, they have a manager and another worker walking around on their shift getting drivers vehicles towed, they are working closely with a tow truck company and laughing at drivers. A Arby’s worker came out of the stale and left without washing his hands, the manger is rude. It’s unbelievable that they are monitoring $20 parking spots when drivers come into the store and spend $50 or more on necessities. I believe the tow truck driver are paying the manger under the table for her to walk around for 10 hours to spot a truck to tow. No time limit, if you go in to eat, shower, or poop you can come back to a towed vehicle. It’s a shame the level of disrespect people have for drivers not knowing that if it wasn’t for the driver they wouldn’t have a job. SMH just hire anyone who will show up huh? They aren’t even asking drivers to move over the intercoms in order to give them a chance to move the truck. Ridiculous. Drivers should avoid this place at all cost, small parking lot, shared entrance with another trucking company, mostly paid parking spots. Manger yelling, with an attitude. Very unprofessional.

Thus Pilot has really made a change for the better! Management is doing what most Pilots won't and that is making sure drivers who pay for a reserve get their reserve regardless of the time of day. We have been so angry at Pilot/J's lately because they refuse to move drivers who take reserve spots, for whatever reason. Mostly because it's women working at night who won't honor a reserve because they don't want to 'knock on doors' to move drivers- even when offered help. It's theft by the store plain and simple. However this Pilot rocks!! They literally have a tow truck ready to pull trucks who take reserve spots, dropped trailers taking up free spots, etc. It may sound brutal, but this little truck stop actually respects drivers and makes sure they get spots they pay for! We never were bothered, w/window ticket but one guy was towed after taking over 3 hours in the shower while parked in a reserve. Is towing necessary, absolutely in this area. As to the store, it's very clean, lounge is nice, clean bathrooms, well stocked and good food. The staff is friendly and Management definitely wants to clean everything up and improve the truck stop from issues it had in the past. It's a beautiful little place and we had a quiet night.

I paid 2night reservation for this location becerfull they’re scamming people as soon you get the store they will call towing truck you must be paid $1000 dollars game over so becerfull I tried to comfort them but they kicked me out too

Complete dump. Diesel pumps out of order with no signs alerting you, trash cans over flowing with trash laying all around them, online fuel codes having no access to there system. Plus it’s a walk just to get to the store from the pumps so every driver waiting for food I’m sure have the pump islands backed up thru the parking lot. Will not be returning!

The reviews tell the whole story of just how much this location doesn't care nor respects people concerns. I called this location several times while driving, but no one answered the phone. Once inside, I noticed everyone standing talking to each other. So i called to my surprise no one bother answering the phone. I walked up and asked if there was something wrong with their phone. Lady said that's not her job. "What a rude attitude response."

The most unfriendly truck stop. More reserved paid parking than free spots, dont even attempt to park anywhere that isnt a lined spot. The parking police will demand you move. Please go elsewhere, this location is not truck driver friendly.

On 7/31/24 I paid to park there but yet I was woke up 3 times to be told to move my truck one time at 6.30 pm then again at 7.45 pm then again at 11.30 pm apparently the employees here at this store can not read or see neither the paper in the window or your truck number on the clip board either way be prepared to b woke up … I go there all the time but not anymore pilot is getting worse by the day so sad

Clean but…. If you pay for reserve truck parking and hang your receipt they will still beat on your door at midnight that’s bull I pay so I can be in a spot and sleep not to be woken up to prove I paid

I would give zero star if possible. I reserved a parking. Lady working there scan my rewards points twice and along with parking points, now i can see she used worth $43.16 points from my account. It’s not about points but honesty. Don’t do that with people.
