Desiree, that’s the review. She was amazing and extremely patient with my wife and I. After visiting another jewelry stand, we were ignored. No one came to help us, despite not being busy. Desiree helped us immediately and answered every question without missing a beat. I normally hate the mall experience but she made this one better. LOVED IT. Something so small but perfect! :)

Today I had my ears pierced by Akailah, she was extremely professional, kind and sweet. And I also had the pleasure to be helped by the manager, Tiffany, another extremely professional and sweet girl. I’ve had shopping before at this store, and is always been great, but today they made my experience incredible. Thank you girls!

Michelle at store 1409 in the Avenues Mall was AMAZING! Customer service should be fun! She was fun, funny and professional. I could’ve bought my items online; but because we had a great time, I bought my items from her. I can’t get that kind of customer service online. Thank you Michelle! I will be back to see you! My new earrings look great on me!

I just want to brag about how wonderful the lady's was today at their stand in the avenue's mall. Desi was phenomenal from start to finish!!! Tiffany went above and beyond with her job and I'll definitely be back. Id give 10 outta 10 if I could. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Tiffany did a STELLAR job piercing my daughter’s ears! It was my 6 year old daughter’s first piercing and Tiffany went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make her feel comfortable and was so so sweet and friendly to her! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely come back to get my younger daughter’s ears pierced when it’s time. Also, I am a perfectionist and she did a great job of KINDLY easing my OCD and making sure the markings were even and to my liking before actually doing the piercing. Again, a HUGE thank you to Tiffany!!!!
