We recently purchased and sold a home through Phil. He was fantastic. The purchase situation presented a number of hurdles, all of which he took in stride. He always had an answer or suggestion, whatever came up. When we sold our home, he nailed the pricing and marketing. It was on contract in less than a week and he was able to negotiate for above the already aggressive price. If I buy or sell again, it will be through Phil.
