“Publix is great, the store deserves 5 stars if it were not for the pharmacy. Personnel there is incompetent to say the least. I even got Medicare on the phone with them and their representative gave up as suggested I go to another pharmacy, which for that prescription I had to do. Publix had the medication but could not get the billing right, charging full price for a covered medication that I then got across the street from CVS immediately and without a hassle. This has happened frequently with different medications. Makes me wonder if they even dispense the right stuff. Mentioned it to store management. They were aware of issues but apparently have no control over the pharmacy.”

“The Best experience I have ever had! A young woman, I believe her name is Marie or Maria, helped me beyond expectations. The prescription my doctor called in was unavailable and on back order. She went out of her way to show me what they had in stock and that if my Dr wanted to switch it, it was available. She even showed me the pricing comparison between the two saving me $400! She showed me how to login with the pharmaceutical company to get a discount that she can apply to the account. It was amazing the time she spent helping me get my Rx and saving me a ton of money. Medtown has all my future pharmacy business!”

“Love that I can get my prescriptions and other medical needs delivered to me! They were in communication with me the entire time. I had a late appointment and they didn’t get my script till late but they still contacted me letting me know they received it and that at 9am I could set up a drop off between 11-2. Ebonie was very friendly and I got my prescription so fast! I will be using them from now on. No more going to Walgreens and waiting.”

I didn’t know how to add my card to my online wallet he was so persistent to help me to make the transaction go through long story short we were able to complete the transaction and I really appreciated his persistence.”
“I really love this store I go there just about everyday it’s across from my job but recently they have a new management team which only Melissa is friendly I went after work had mine shopping bag with nothing in it and was rush by the two managers like they wanted to fight me I was so surprised by this do to the fact I’m in here just about everyday I just feel it was more than they thought was shoplifting because I see people walking around with their bags as well”

“This has been my pharmacy for years now. And I am so pleased and grateful with them. The ladies at this pharmacy truly go above and beyond with how they treat they're customers. They are all so very sweet and friendly. When you think of a pharmacy now days you only get one that gets you in and out rushing with dismissal. Not here. They treat you like family. Especially Melissa. She can recognize my voice by now lol and knows my children's faces when they come I'm. She also is so patient with me she knows how my bipolar adhd kicks in sometimes and yet she is so patient and always helps me to figure things out and reminds me what's going on. All the ladies are so supportive and helpful. There's never been a time when they haven't welcomed me and my family with warmth and kindness. They stay in contact with your doctor so you don't have to worry about the hassle and are great trustworthy people. I definitely recommend them as a pharmacy. This is more of a Mom and pop type pharmacy in a small town you definitely will have a great experience here and never want to deal with a CVS or walgreens again. I am very grateful for them”
