Store itself is nice, low stock on shoes. The low review is actually the fact that the store has many employees but no one offers to help. Have been here on multiple occasions where the kids working just stand around and talk. With little to no engagement with customers it really makes customers feel like you’re more of an inconvenience to be there.

Since a lot of staff has left this store has gone downhill in terms of customer service and friendliness.Edwin watts is much better, ask for Hilton!

Jack (Jonathan) Emerson is fantastic! Studio full bag fitting (3 hours) with Jack was a great experience, really good value, and there was an incredible selection. Jack is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and funny. I love numbers, data, and analytics, which I expressed to Jack, and he started to really drill down into the data which was fantastic! Jack was not pushy at all and I feel that I found the very best clubs for me (we tried a lot). I feel so confident in my game after this session, it's like I got the best golf lesson of my life (he is certified in lessons too) with my studio full bag fitting! If you are on the fence about upgrading your cheaper or older set of clubs, get in the studio with Jack!

PGA TOUR Superstore (Jacksonville, FL) always looked like a "store for REAL golfers" to my son Dominick (normally he uses second hand clubs for his practice.) He loved the store from our first visit and he set his mind on bettering himself so much that one day he will come to the store to try a golf simulator and to buy his first club with his own money "just like real golfers."Recently he made great improvement and about two weeks ago asked me to take him to the store to check a NEW driver. It was his first experience with a golf simulator and he LOVED it! I don't play golf and know very little about it, so an assistant Hamilton kindly helped Dominick with decision making about the club, but unfortunately the needed driver wasn't available in the stock at after-Christmas-time. We replaced the grip on the old club (prior visiting the store I didn't know that we could do it) and said we will be back or order online. To be back sounded to me more realistic, because I knew Dominick would ask me about a few more balls at the simulator before purchasing the club.Last two weeks were very long for me because my son was asking to go to the store again and again - he wanted a NEW driver for his golf classes. Today I gave up and took him to the PGA TOUR store right after school (knowing that the club isn't available for in-strore pick-up.)Yep, the driver wasn't in stock. I explained the situation to an assistant Gabe, he listened carefully, and said that he will see what he can do about it. Gabe found a spot at the simulator for Dominick to test the driver and a few minutes later my son was happily hitting balls. Another Assistant Robin came over with a joyful remark and welcoming smile: "Here is our big golfer!" Later on she introduced herself as a Manager and said that she will be happy to help us with purple Driver.Manager Robin Kuduk went above and beyond to make sure that Dominick will go to his next practice with a NEW Driver! I can not be more grateful for her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and kindness!We had an exceptional experience with the store associates! Robin, Gabe, Hamilton, thank you very much to each of you! You treated my Golfer Dominick as your valuable customer and this day will become a nice story to pass forward in our family and beyond!Dominick said that he will keep his promise to Robin: "I'll practice hard and become one of the best golfers!" :-)

Put my name on the sheet to try club and it was erased finally got into the bay and was asked to leave the bay so did not buy the four shirts I had picked out nor the seven wood. I guess that’s why online retailers are doing better than retail stores. No biggie.

I would really like to give MAJOR props to the PGA Superstore and Barry Milligan, the tournament & events marketing manager. I hosted a golf tournament in my son's honor and visited the store to discuss a gift certificate for an auction prize/winner's award. I left with SO MUCH MORE! They provided signage, goody bags, store coupons, allowed me to hang a flier in their lobby, and numerous other things. The staff was so willing to help me load all the signage & boxes into my car and even offered to unload them when I returned to signage. Top notch customer service!!! They may not even realize how helpful they were to me and the impact they had on our tournament. I will most definitely contact them again for any future tournaments I host.

I recently was fitted for a new driver and hybrid by Scott Schuster. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable in finding the right club and shaft combinations to fit my swing, and was also very helpful in giving me a few tips that have really made a difference out on the course. I plan to go back when it's time to update my other clubs. I highly recommend having Scott fit you for your next club.

I golf at least twice a week and it was clear that my old clubs no longer were working for me. It was time for new clubs and an overdue fitting. I made an appointment with Scott Schuster at the PGA Superstore in Jacksonville. Scott could not have been more helpful, Scott made it clear that his job was to find clubs that would be a marked improvement over what I had and it there was no measurable difference with a particular club, I should stay with my old club. We spend several hours with state of the art equipment and Scott went from some major adjustments to a precise fine tuning to match my clubs to my present game. My experience with PGA and Scott could not have been better. My only regret is that I took so long to have a fitting that is bound to improve my game.

My name is Charles Carroll and I worked at the PGA Tour Superstore at the Town Center for two years. I can genuinely say that I literally love the people that I worked with. It was a beautiful experience for me and I will remember it for the rest of my life ! In particular Brookes Abott was a constant source of support and advocacy.

Excellent service. My sales associate, Zac Frieden Took his time to make sure I was fitted to the proper clubs. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I tested club after club and he was right there to get me dialed in to the club that best suited me. Highly recommend him to any one looking to get a new set of clubs or just wanting to try something new.

Have done an iron fitting and never have an issue when it comes to trying out clubs. Staff is great and Jack is extremely knowledgeable at helping me find and test what I need. I actually hope to be a part of this great team soon as I have applied.Have had multiple clubs reahafted, gripped, and bent: all in a timely manner. Great store.

We just moved to the area and decided to stop in. What awesome staff and merchandise. Was able to get new grip on my driver while shopped. Super helpful staff that fitted me with the right loft wedge that actually does get me out of the sand(did not try and upsell me). I bought a walking push cart that turned out to have a few issues and they gladly accepted in for a return two weeks later and so I bought a better style. Feel lucky to have such a great golf shop nearby.
