The photos in the previous reviews show a different place. The place at 8100 Westside Industrial Dr in Jacksonville is a small spot. They don’t start unloading until 0730, they have 5 docks and only 3 docks with dock ramps for long van trailers. There was only one usable dock when I got here at 0650 am and somebody already beat me to it. The guy inside the office was a good spirited fellow. I did have to walk across the freight area to get checked in but that was because I was early. The check in desk is just inside by door 10 near the east end of the building. The building has approximately 6 businesses here. Enter the drive way from the west end of the building if you have a long box. There is limited pull up room here due to the cars parked along the North edge of the drive. A restroom is available near the office; just ask. No waiting area. No vending machines.

Big place, but a few people in warehouse to download. Here this action take a lot of time. Not restroom for Drivers.

First let me say that every negative review is deservingly earned.I was referred to them and I take responsibility for not checking reviews ahead of time.I had items delivered to them to then be shipped to two different addresses.They requested to come in and sort out which went where.They dropped off the wrong equipment to the first address and then called the same location to tell them they had a shipment for them which would have meant both loads would have gone to them.The next day all they had to do is drop off the remaining items and pick up the other and delivery to the second address.They showed up at the second address but without 6 of the machines which they left back at the other location.The driver could have cared less and had no answer.No follow up call from Pettico and I had to get my own truck to go and retrieve the remaining machines.If you have stayed with me this long and still choose to use them,well you have been forewarned..

This review is based on one driver. Normally I would give the company a very high rating. This post is meant for the owners to address this issue with said driver. Everyone has bad days... But in my opinion, this was just plain contempt.
