Will never ever take my puppy there. Made an online appointment to groom my puppy. Price was different when I showed up, and they didn't even clean my puppy right. They did not touch his ears which I already paid. Don't take your pet there. Customer service is terrible too.

So I noticed a $.10 bag fee on my receipt. I looked it up and I understand why. You should take these extra $.10 and maybe supply a class to your employees on customer service, friendliness, and help. I’m not going to name names, but I will tell you San Jose on May 5 that morning. Definitely a store to get what you need quickly and get out. Don’t expect any service or a smile. Guess this reflects on the managers treatment towards their employees.

They usually have what you need. However the demeanor of the employees leaves much to be desired. Their attitude shows complete contempt for customers.

The store is always clean and the people are always very friendly and helpful. If you use the mobile app for your shopping and get in-store pickup, it's super convenient & they always have awesome discounts/deals!!

The store has limited product availability & is a far drive from the westside of Jacksonville. I have spent so much money on treats & other items for my dog but today they showed no interest in trying to keep my business when dealing with an issue. There are too many other options for purchasing dog items that I've decided not to continue giving them my money since they aren't interested in customer service.

I took my very anxious pit mix puppy in today for a nail trim, and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and secure. Highly recommend their grooming services for your anxious pups. It was definitely refreshing to have someone take the time to make sure my dog felt safe before dragging her in by her leash.

My dog just started training today with Erin and she is absolutely amazing! After just one class he learned how to come, which is something I have been trying to get him to do for months. She is so knowledgeable about dogs and is all about positive training. Erin even spent an hour after training to talk to me about the best treats and dog foods for my dog and explained what ingredients to look for and what ingredients to avoid. I am blown away by her and can’t wait for our next fun and productive training session. She went above and beyond to make us and my dog comfortable and teach us everything we need to know!

First off, I've been taking my pets to Petco for grooming for over 5 years and I've never had a bad experience. Today just touched my heart and I felt they went above and beyond. I have a one year old black lab puppy who is a little to big for me to give a bath in our tiny apartment bathtub and she is also not a fan of getting her nails trimmed. So I decided the best route for her would be getting her groomed. Katie was her groomer today and I will continue to express how much love and care she gave my sweet pup. Katie was very informative about flea prevention and just very personable. When my pup came out she looked so happy and Katie just had nothing but positive things to say about my pup. It's always good to know there are other animal lovers out there because I'm sure like most people these days our animals are our family. Katie thank you so much I will always refer friends and family to you. Gamora was such a happy puppy! We'll definitely be back to see you!

I have had such a good experience at this Petco! We came for puppy play day and ended up speaking with Erin about our dog's itching problem. She was so knowledgeable, knew all the right questions to ask, and was able to help us determine our dog had a food allergy, something even a veterinarian had been unable to diagnose. She was also able to recommend a food that would be best for him and she has helped solve his problem. It's nice to know that Petco prides themselves on the education of their employees and that they hire people who are passionate enough about animals and their job that they go above and beyond to learn everything they can and help their customers. Thank you Erin!

This is the very first time I've been a bit disappointed. Too much was cut. However, The groomer did call & let me know there was a dog there that was in heat that had the others going crazy. That's why I said a bit disappointed....I wont worry about another haircut for a while

We absolutely love taking our 3 year old Lab to get groomed here, and she loves it too! Never had a complaint about them. Recently she's been having a problem with her back leg and I informed Melissa about it and she was very cautious with Jada and said she did very good
