“Looks can be deceiving. This is a fantastic little feed store. Excellent selection and pricing on gardening supplies. Lots of vegetables and herbs for the same price, or cheaper, as the big garden centers. Cheap pots & great potting soil. Employees that take pride in the products they offer. Someone's always willing to help you to the car. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask. There's a good chance there's some in the back. Bunnies for $25 (vs. $100+ at pet stores). Parrot food, dog food, chicks, pest control, flea treatments, you never know what you may find”

“There are many reasons I like this store but overall I can say it's worth the drive from the west side. In fact, I wish there were a pet supplies Plus store anywhere near Edgewood avenue, cassat, Kings Ave.. I would shop there at least once a month. This location on University boulevard though is a 10 out of 10. Everybody is super helpful, the store is always immaculately clean and stocked, the parking isn't bad either.”
“This place seriously has everything. We are hatching chicks for the first time and needed some supplies for our brooder. I honestly had no idea what I needed. Upon arriving, I was immediately assisted by the owner and they gave me everything I needed to make sure these chicks were comfortable, along with some other advice to help us out! While I was there, I picked up some pig ears for our pups. They are all natural and made in the US. The pups 100% approve and recommend! Thanks for all of your help. We will definitely bring our business here from now on.Side note, We haven’t built our brooder yet, but I thought I’d throw in a picture of the eggs for fun!”
“Went to the pet supermarket on university for a feeder mouse for my Ball Python. I was helped by Employee Anthony. I asked for the biggest mouse they had. He told me that in getting me a large mouse that he noticed that the mouse was very noticeably pregnant and asked me if I wanted a different mouse! Oh boy did I change my mind! I really appreciated the chance to have an option to change my mouse. This has never happened to me before and this employee was very helpful. He did not have to tell me…but I would have found out later anyways if he didn’t and would have been very upset later in know this information. Anthony was great! Thank you Anthony for your help. Very pleased with the caliber of customer service received. Will be returning here for another in the future knowing I can trust my purchase is what I asked for.”
“The customer service at this location (Jacksonville Beach) is outstanding! I had difficulty using an email coupon I received for a 'pick-up' order, and the store manager, "Jeanette," honored the coupon by allowing me to use it 'in-store.' This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond. I do not, and will not, ever shop at any other pet store.”

“Love it here however it's a bit over priced for most things. I havnt bought any fish in forever but they seem so expensive these days. I buy treats and crickets and turtle food. Recently got a big tank for the turtles and wanted some fish too. Everyone is super nice, the lady who sold me the fish was very knowledgeable about them and she happened to own turtles and helped me figure some of that out.”

“My experience today was phenomenal . The owner and Naomi were so so kind .i seriously wanted to give him a bear hug but didn’t wanna scare him so I refrained. I gave him the nick name PJ (pop jr) since he doesn’t look old enough to be the pop at the mom and pop business . He was so knowledgeable about the food my puppies need and what would fit my budget .(which is an extremely tight one ) they were both so patient . I’ was on my way into my usual pet store but I’m so glad I decided to take a detour today . I have found a place I can trust and also feel welcomed to. Honestly they give a family kind of vibe .. support our local business at earth pets!”
“We had purchased a baby bunny that had passed in a few days after getting her due to a parasitic infection. We brought vet records to the store in hopes to help them avoid another tragedy with the bunnies they currently had. This is not something that the store is responsible for, nor do we feel this is their fault- We want to share how caring they handled this situation and with so much concern and they too do not want any other families to experience what we went through. This is a wonderful store with great staff.”

“I used the self service premium dog wash, and purchased some medicated wash for my rottweiler Nala. However, I did still use their products as well and let me tell you, it smells soooooo good. I can't remember the name, I believe the face wash was blue berry or something. The bath was easily accessible and the employees were fantastic. My kids enjoyed getting splashed with water every time my dog would shake LOL. I definitely recommend this place. They have a huge selection of pet supplies as well, with very affordable prices. I paid $52 for the bath, their products that came with the bath, medicated shampoo, 2 bags of treats, and other individual treats for my pup. I'd say that's a win! I will most definitely be back again!”

It's much better than a large chain store and more knowledgeable, too. “Me and others in my family have been taking our dogs here for many years including their past location. Jared is great with the dogs and is very good about making them feel calm when they are nervous. I'm always happy with the results and the prices are more than fair. I don't get the complaints about the high prices. Their bills have to get paid and for a wash, cut and nails trimmed, it still costs less than what women pay just to have their nails done at a nail salon.”

“i brought my dog Chicken Little in for grooming and had a nice experience. he was well taken care of by abigail. i accidentally agreed to an add on service and they were kind enough to remove that after the appointment. i was embarrassed to have made that mistake and that they still brushed his teeth and used different shampoo but i am so appreciative of abigail and her manager that they helped me out. great place”

“My regular go-to supply place for my ferrets and dog. But when they were out of an item, I asked if they could check their other stores and they said they could only check their inventory. I figured a big chain like this could check total inventory. Especially since I can do it in their online store.”
“Always a wonderful experience. Honestly my go-to pet store. We have dogs, cats and reptiles so we shop for all their needs here. The pets onsite are all well cared for and in clean enclosures. They also always seem to have the live feeders I need for our lizard (all the feeder bugs)”
“Had my first grooming appointment at PetSmart today and was so satisfied! I have a 4 1/2 year old goldendoodle who weighs about 60lbs. My nerves were high going in as we'd never had grooming done at a corporate salon, mostly mobile salons, but I was so happy with the outcome and it met my standards fully! We have a regular groomer but unfortunately had to cancel our appointment so we booked here. We booked with Angelica (who I highly recommend) and she did us right!
We booked for the Bath and Full Haircut. He came home smelling amazing with a perfect haircut. He didn't seem overly stressed coming home and I feel like he was well taken care of. Angelica started with a hands on assessment where she actually got down to his level and looked at his face, ears, and coat. That was a pleasant surprise! It took about 3 hours, which is roughly an hour longer than it has taken at other groomers but I didn't mind it as the attention to detail was clearly shown. She was finishing up his cut when I arrived and I appreciate that she didn't rush finishing just because I was waiting. The sanitary trim on his behind is the CLEANEST I have ever seen on him! All the hair is gone and I very much appreciate it as with his coat it can get very gross back there. She scissor trimmed his ears which we haven't had done before but I LOVE! I'll be adding it on with my regular groomer.
Max seemed very comfortable with Angelica despite just meeting her and I think thats because she just seems so genuinely kind. Picking him up he didn't seem nervous or scared. If I need to book again, I'll be doing so with Angelica!”
