I am very very very very very very very very very very very very impressed you have no idea my dog was having so much fun that he doesn't even act the same now when he came home he doesn't bark the way he used to he's more calm he's more relaxed and I'm just very thoroughly impressed thank you so much for taking care of my baby we appreciate everything you've done and he will be coming for daycare on Saturdays soon!

I just moved here to Jacksonville Florida so I was hesitant where I had to board my dog who hasn’t ever been away from me more than 8 hrs at a time. The whole experience was easy on both of us. They took wonderful care of my dog and my mind was at ease the whole week she was here. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone who is needing to board their fur baby for any amount of time and I will surely use them again when needed.

Only bad thing about this place is that they don't have a bed for me to stay overnight with my babies?, Hey I guess that's the point of boarding.

Your precious pet will be left alone, if boarding for at least 11 hours, with no adults to be found! Was lead to believe, by staff members, there is a night shift who oversee the dogs in the facilities care. Only to learn that the dogs are left alone, in an isolated room from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM the next day. There is no emergency contact number, just a non-manned answering machine. This isn't providing care for my pet. Camera's outside the facility peripheral, doesn't show what's going on inside! This should have been clearly revealed!

We've had the pleasure of using Pet Paradise for more than 9 years. More recently, we dropped our two pups with them for a short stay, and both the staff and the pups had a great experience. Too much positive to say in a simple post.Make sure your pups records are up-to-date and it's smooth sailing, group or individual play, personal attention, and love all are part of the experience

In the past I would have recommended this facility to anyone with a pet as I have spent thousands of dollars boarding my 9 year old Labrador here since moving to the area. But I do not recommend the New Day vet, their staff or Dr. Borkowski. This past week I noticed 2 new lumps/masses on my dog and immediately made an appt for 4:30pm today. I walked through the door, checked in and sat down in the chair at 4:30pm on the dot. A staff member comes out and tells me I will need to reschedule as I am 20 minutes late. I showed her my confirmation email proving that I was on time and her response was that she was sorry she doesn't know why the email says that but my appt was at 4:15... I scan the email for ANY indication that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early and there isn't one. No mention of needing to arrive early at all. No text message in the days leading up. Nothing. I asked to speak to the vet and she said okay but then came back out by herself and said "the Dr will see you and discuss vaccines but doesn't have time to check the masses". I clearly stated when making my appt that my dog was up to date on vaccines and did not need an annual, that the appointment was made simply to check the masses because I am worried about him. I was still told "sorry" and turned away. I left in tears.

Pet paradise is always my go to for boarding and grooming. They have the best staff, most patient and professional and my dog and cat babies are always cared for and loved on. I highly recommend this place and location.

Blue loves the young ladies and men that cares for them. I walked in his last visit straight from my flight, I saw Blue through the window when you walk in the lobby, he was so happy, playing just as hard as he could, having a good time and very happy?

We really like this location. My dog gets so excited when she sees the road it's located on and can't sit still once inside because she's trying to get past the desk. I love being able to watch her play on camera when she's there, she obviously loves it there!

We left our dog with pet paradise for a few days and he seemed to enjoy his stay. He was well looked after and they even took into account of his “Covid” baby personality and skittish behavior.

I had all three of my dogs here for almost two weeks. Two of my dogs they did not feed accordingly with medications and two dogs dropped weight. They even returned their uneaten food swearing they fed them both of my little dogs lost weight. Misty the manager swore they were fed my dogs will never return to this place. And by the way not all pet paradise is like this I I used sarasota for years and loved them just be aware of this one.

Do not use them for grooming! I've used them three times all with different results. First time was good and after struggling to find a good groomer we thought we finally found one. Second time my dog was really itchy two or three days after getting groomed so I had to bath him again to give him some relief. Strange but still not too alarming. Third time is the final straw. Few days after getting groomed my buddy had all these rashes pop up all over him! Learn from me and avoid this place for grooming!
