I have used them for vet services, grooming and boarding our cockapoo. Everything has been excellent. I have never seen a dog excited to go to the V E T, but Munkey gets so excited. They must be treating her right.

We've been taking our dogs here for several years. We're very happy with the care they receive. The vets and the techs are uniformly excellent! We wish they could have kept the Jax Beach location open but c'est la vie. We definitely recommend Pet Doctors!

While they have great veterinarians, it feels like this place cares more about the money than the customers at times. Pet Doctors has been the vet for our animals for a couple years. Unfortunately, our pup got cancer and has been having to visit SEVO several times over the past year. 2 weeks ago, full scans, bloodwork, exams, urinalysis, full exam, etc. were performed at SEVO, who has been working with Pet Doctors through it all; however, Pet Doctors still insists on charging a full exam fee in order for me to get a urinalysis to ensure a UTI has effectively been killed. Had the dog not just gone through a full panel/exam, I would have no issue and understand, but in this circumstance, the motive is clear. This has not been an issue before, so maybe something has changed. It seems they are starting to care more about the money than actually ensuring the well being for our animals. Was very happy with them the past couple years and would have them at 5 stars, but this incident has changed my perspective no doubt. Go with a vet who will work with you during the hard and unexpected times, rather than tack on additional/unnecessary exams and fees.This review has nothing to do with the actual veterinarians and their skills/knowledge (they are great at their job and we’ve enjoyed our time with them prior to this review; they are knowledgeable and nice), but instead on their business practices.

Horrible, horrible, horrible I don't have words, worst grooming ever ,uneven patches all over the body and different lengths and has an unevan cut to the face, different length of hair in ears and doesn't feel like she had a bath ,and she need another bath to get rid of all of her shaved hair that are left on her body

The best I have ever found. My dog means so much to me and they have been there the whole way through a few surgeries and her general well-being. She's now 13 and still in great health. I owe a lot of gratitude to the team! I highly recommend. Very compassionate and great with animals.

THE BEST VET IN JACKSONVILLE FOR EXOTICS!! I am forever grateful, thank you for seeing my dragons and giving them the best care and love that any lizard mom could dream of!! I will return for all my exotic pet needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, they took care of my Rhino Iguana and my Albino Green Iguana!! I left with my heart whole again!!

These folks are amazing! We recently lost our fur-baby ColbyJack. The staff was incredibly kind, thoroughly informative of his condition and all of our options, very responsive during has last few days as we had to make the hard decision, and deeply empathetic on his last day. The fact that this is a fear-free vet is significant! Our kitty was sick for only 6 days, but because they handled him in a fear-free manner, he was without anxiety during his diagnostics and on his last day. They gave him the best end to a fabulous life and we will always be grateful.

This place really cares about your pet. My daughter has been through a lot do to her health. So her precious Majesty was seriously neglected, because there was no one in the home to help her. When she finally was able to get her some attention she was referred to your office. She didn't have enough money to pay for her shots and grooming, she was told she would have to leave Majesty over night. When she returned to the car she was so hurt. We return home, a few hours later she gets a call to come pick Majesty up. The blessing was the doctor fell in love with Majesty and paid for her grooming, my daughter was so grateful she cried. Thank you Doctor and staff for giving my daughter the best early Christmas gift.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, & helpful (everyone). Their grooming skills are top notch. Majesty (my fur baby) will be back!

I don’t quite know where Some of these extreme reviews come from. But the staff and Dr Justin Fyfe were a welcome relief. Costs? Nobody likes the prices of a veterinarian in today’s environment. But trust me, there areOther veterinary locations that will max your credit card, mortgage equity and family and friends pockets in a few short visits, and still leave you dumbfounded about what just happened. This did not happen at Pet Drs of America. Dr Fyfe listened to our concerns and treated our 10 year old Samson and prescribed medications for some relief. Our boy in the bottom of the picture frame is in his final lap just as his brother a few months ago. It’s tough losing two loving, gentle and energetic boys in such a short period. But We’ve got a Plan and medications and no more expensive procedures that prove nothing more than he doesn’t have long in this world. Thank you!

I would recommend this place to anybody. The staff was great and very concerned. They treated my 7-week old puppy with care and a lot of Love. Dr.Fyfe was amazing he work hard to get my dog back in a good place, considering the condition he was dealing with. He definitely the best hands down.

This veterinary office is amazing. My dog was vomiting, and I was able to schedule an appointment the night before for the next morning .They called us back very quickly. My dog ended up having emergency surgery, and I was very upset and scared for my dog. Dr. Silver and all the staff were super supportive and comforted me that my dog was going to be ok. I'm so glad I brought my dog ( Perla Sofia) to this vet on time!!!

I adopted a dog a year and a half ago from a rescue. This is where the previous owners had taken him. When the vet and tech came in the room, they were afraid of him. I had to muzzle him, they wouldn't do it, and were still hesitant to give the exam.Then the vet told me that "this dog has severe behavioral problems. They've had SO much trouble with him. "He cannot be boarded, it is not safe for anyone." Keep in mind, I had the dog for about a month and had seen ZERO signs of aggression. This terrified me. Also, the dog had still not reacted, while we were at the visit.Since that visit, I went with my gut...he has been to multiple day camp facilities, MULTIPLE different ones. He goes at least 4 times a month, just so he's not always home alone while I'm at work. I board him ALL the time when I travel. He goes to Furever Vets all of the time and has never had a situation, AT ANY location. In fact, everywhere we go....everyone is obsessed with him. When I walk in to pick him up at his most common camp, they tell me I can't have him back.SO, if my dog is "SO BAD and TERRIFYING" maybe the people at this location are doing something wrong. Just saying.I hesitated writing this review, but decided since I always check reviews before doing anything or going anywhere, that I should share my experience.We have never been back and never will.
