We are so grateful to Chris and his staff for the way they treated us and our Elvis during such a heartbreaking and difficult time. They went out of their way to accommodate us and to make sure that we were able to bring him back home as quickly as possible. He was treated with dignity and respect and for that, we couldn't be more thankful. They are genuine, caring people that we would highly recommend if you find yourself in need.

My sweet 15 year old pup passed unexpectedly while traveling in Jacksonville. We decided to have him cremated and Pet Angel went above and beyond to have my boy back to me before I had to leave town. I have no doubt that they handled his cremation & cremains with the utmost care & respect. While I hope not to find myself in need of their services again, I would not hesitate to use them again if I did.

We want to thank Paw Prints. The company went beyond our expectations. We were traveling and our dog Button passed away. We were in Savannah and we called Savannah veterinary emergency clinic, they took the necessary steps to have Button transferred to Paw prints. They only communicate we had with Paw Prints was via email, which made us very nervous . Everything was as promised. We received Button within a week, in a most dignified manner. Again, thank you. After 16 years losing my best friend ....our 16 year old westie Ziggy had to go over the rainbow bridge hardest decision of my life. Paw Prints were so helpful & caring put me at ease. He was placed in a beautiful wooden urn and received his paw print with it. I am so thankful they helped me to grieve with assurance that he was taken care of with love and care.

What insensitive and dishonest people and business. Do NOT allow your vet to send your deceased pet to this place, formally known as Paw Prints. (They changed the name to Pet Angels because they had so many problems like mine as Paw Prints. Apparently, this is a new owner.) Here’s what happened: When I put my cat, Desi, to sleep on 7/25, I asked my vet to get a cast of his paw print and hair sample. When I received it, the hair was from a different cat. I knew this because it was the wrong color. I then looked at the paw print and it was obviously a different cat. The paw was too narrow to be Desi’s. I know I can’t prove the paw print, but the hair sample is indisputable. When my vet called them about it, they blamed his office. My vet and the people who took care of Desi had known him his whole 15 years, and I am confident they made no mistakes in preparing him and correctly identifying him for Pet Angels (the only pet that was picked up on that day from this vet clinic). The real issue with this company is the complete denial of responsibility and total lack of empathy. While one might think, “well, it’s just a cat,” Desi was my cat and my grief at his loss was and is real. That they were so cavalier with this considering the business they are in is completely unacceptable. They did not even try to contact me to apologize or take responsibility for their mistake. This small token of my pet was supposed to be the last piece of him, my family member of 15 years, and they have taken that away from me. Shame on you, Pet Angels. To my friends, please share this post with others. Let’s show Pet Angels that they can’t get away with their dishonest business practices.

What an insensitive and dishonest business and owner. Do NOT allow your vet to send your deceased pet to this place, formally known as Paw Prints. (They changed the name to Pet Angels because they had so many problems like mine as Paw Prints, apparently, after a new owner took over.) Here's what happened: When I put my cat to sleep on 7/25, I asked my vet to get a cast of his paw print and a hair sample. When I received it, the hair was from a different cat. I knew this because it was the wrong color. I then looked at the paw print and it was obviously a different cat. The paw was too narrow to be my cat's. My vet and the people who took care of the cat had known him his whole 15 years, and I am confident they made no mistakes in preparing him and correctly identifying him for Pet Angels (the only pet that was picked up on that day from this private vet clinic). The real issue with this company is the complete denial of responsibility and total lack of empathy. While one might think, "Well, it's just a cat," it was my cat and my grief at his loss was and is real. That they were so cavalier with this, considering the business they are in, is completely unacceptable. While they refunded my money, they did not even try to contact me to apologize or take responsibility for their mistake in any other way (Perhaps they could have tried to find what I paid for! Obviously, I had someone else's paw print and I'm sure they would have appreciated that, as well.) This small token of my pet was supposed to be the last piece of him, my family member of 15 years, and they have taken that away from me. Shame on you, Pet Angels.

This is the review you hope you never have to write, but when it came to the sudden passing of our beloved 13 year old fur baby, Paw Prints Pet Crematory was there at our most difficult time.We had just arrived in Jacksonville a few days before Memorial Day for our family trip after traveling 7 hours when our dog suddenly became ill within minutes of arriving. We rushed him to a local ER vet at midnight but his prognosis was not good and we made the difficult decision to end his suffering. We were completely devastated and everything was a blur. We asked the vet to have him cremated so he could come home with his family. We were told it would be about 2 weeks and that broke my heart since we were leaving before then. The vet had given me the contact information for Paw Prints, so I called 2 days later. The sweetest lady answered the phone and she had the gentlest, most caring voice and eased my concerns and answered questions about my pup. I told her our predicament, that we were leaving within a week, and she assured me that he would be ready to go home with us within a few days. Sure enough, she called me 2 days later to let me know he was ready to pick up. We went straight to Paw Prints and they presented us with a beautiful blue gift bag that contained a blue velvet bag with his ashes in the wooden urn, his paw print in clay, a bag of his fur clippings, and a sweet rainbow Bridge poem with a seed packet. We also met Chevy and many of the staff, and they were all so great and left us feeling that our dog was respected and cared for after his passing. We never expected this would happen the way it did but we are so thankful for the ER vet we used and for Paw Prints, especially considering we were from our of state, we had no clue who to use or where to go, and it was a holiday weekend. I miss my fur baby every day, but I'm so thankful to have him home with us.

Like another here mentioned, this is a review you never want to have to write. I don’t often go out of my way to write reviews, but the experience I’ve had from top to bottom has been outstanding. My sweet old dog passed away in his sleep on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon he was in the care of Paw Prints. Each person I’ve interacted with has been kind, understanding, soft spoken, and willing to lend an ear in an obviously distressing time. There was one day (and even a holiday) between the drop off and when they called to let me know I could pick him up. I was able to choose the container I’d like to keep him in, as well as customization options for not only the container but an imprint of his own paw print with an engraving of his name. They are not pushy on up-sales or making you feel like one option is “better” than another which is nice. If and when your loved one’s time comes, I absolutely recommend the team at Paw Prints.

We have had 2 of our babies taken care of here. Our German shepherd and our teacup Yorkie. They done an amazing job with both of our girls. I highly recommend them for anyone that loses a baby, no matter the size they take wonderful care and are so respectful and compassionate. We are getting ready to use their services again for our little old man shihtzu. Thank everyone here for making a heartbreaking experience so much easier.

My sweet kitty of 17 years was ill and suffering, I had to make the decision to put him to sleep because I didn’t want him to suffer anymore… I chose this cremation option through my vet office in hinesville Georgia. I am so pleased with the service from this place, everything is so beautiful. I miss you Anakin. ?
