I have been calling the last 4 days for my insulin no answer this is the worse pharmacy in the world I transferring my mess elsewhere so unprofessional

My regular pharmacy was out of my perscription and transferred me to this place. They said someone would call to which I waited a day and called again on a Friday to check what was up. Come the weekend I run out of my perscription, still no call. Tried to transfer it to somewhere that can fill it in person and they say Pathstone already has it filled but I can’t get a hold of anyone because the phone says they're not open over the weekend... luckily my perscription isn't detrimental to my health, but you're playing with people's lives here...

Pathstone has been a blessing. When I call their toll free number, they are prompt, friendly and accurate. I prefer dealing with them rather than my health insurance pharmacy. More than once they have gone out of their way to help with a refill and more importantly to help me find a better price using GoodRx. With just one prescription, they saved my almost $500 a year. I recommend Pathstone without reservation.

This is the rudest group of people I've spoken with regarding refilling my sensors. (They also keep no record of any convos you've had with them, so have fun explaining yourself 6 x's.) I don't know why Dexcom works with them?They also only communicate by phone, so if you live in 2020, have fun with that.

I've phoned this Pharmacy twice and had very, very rude service from the staff both times. Today I spoke to rep Zaria who doesn't seem to care about being polite or treating a customer with any respect. It's a shame that management and ownership doesn't keep track of this type of thing because it is a terrible look. I do not wish to do business with this company, and I do not recommend this company based on the service of the staff.
