The furniture we bought at Palm Casual was the best purchase for our new lanai. We got the cast aluminum couches and chair. They are amazingly comfortable, the cushions well stuffed and supportive. The quality of the workmanship on the frames is very high. They were not cheap but if you are investing in some furniture that will last a lifetime it is definitely worth it. If you are not satisfied it can be returned in 30 days. The cushions can be restuffed for free. To top it all off it looks super classy! We are very glad we made this choice!

Purchased thousands of dollars of furniture. Within months cushions were breaking at the seams, pick marks developed on table surfaces, furniture weave started unraveling. Called and was instructed they wouldn’t do anything. Highly suggest not shopping here!

To the left of zero for this company ! they lost a chair that i took there to have fixed ! they have been rude and disrespectful ! they even tried to tell me that a guy that works for me was drunk ; he's been sober for ten years !!!! His name is Brandon .I dont know what they did with the chair but we dont have it ! and they wont give me copies of the invoices either ! My next is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau . GO ELSEWHERE OR TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY DELIVERY AND PICK-UP !!!!!!!!

We have been searching for patio furniture for quiet some time. We had to ask for the prices for furniture we wanted( they had nothing displayed) and when we did get the pricing it was way over priced.....

Palm Casual is great, the dad is now in OP and the staff on Beach Blvd are the best. I have purchased several tables, chairs from them over the years. I have also had items recovered because the quality was worth spending money on for the recovering, and that was after 10 years or so of sitting outdoors, bang for the buck!

Really bad. It took 3 months to recieve our order and it arrived broken. Company claims to be locally made and factory direct, but it's all made in China. Poor quailty, poor communication and customer service. Very disappointed.

We purchased the MGP dinner table with custom fabric swivel high back chairs and could not be more pleased with our purchase! We had it a year now and one chair needed some adjustments made to the frame. Dropped it off for repair and it was ready in the time promised. Would highly recommend Palm Casual for your patio furniture needs. Excellent product and services. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely be adding to our set in the future.

Just picked up our furniture that we had re finished. Looks great! Friendly and helpful staff! It is a shame that the place was set on fire and they're having to use a temporary warehouse.
