Checked reviews before coming to this store to see what I could expect before shopping and BOY I had a great experience ! Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, a lovely young lady approached me to tell me about all the promotions going on in store and it made my shopping so much easier since I was trying to get the best deals. Wanted to be nosy and ask WHY there were so many bad reviews since I didn’t understand how they get this kind of rep here and turns out the bad reviews are false? Turns out the review with @ Taja Williams was a shoplifter trying to take a censor off from shoes stolen from another store (lady told me they don’t even have censors on the shoes) and she didn’t even provide a receipt to prove it ? and the review with @ Mercedes Rivera was a angry Karen yelling at an associate who was throwing up sick on the job PFT people really have no sensitivity or understanding. Not one bit did I feel uncomfortable in any type of way, was welcomed in with open arms and enjoyed my time shopping here ! I WILL be back here again very soon!

I brought a pair of sneakers from this store two days ago not realizing that the sneakers had a metal tag on it. I took it back to the store to see if they can take it off. The workers sent me to other stores because they didn’t have the proper tools to remove the metal tag. how you sell customers items with metal tags but don’t have the remover for the tag? Will not be coming back here. To those who still shop at this exact store. Triple check your items before you leave because they were really unhelpful and useless. Highly disappointed !!!

TERRIBLE customer service!! I asked for them to please open a dressing room . A girl sitting on the floor behind the register looked me up and down and looked over to the girl standing up behind the register while saying nothing. The girl standing said she’s actually on break and then looked at me and I said ok? And she said so I’ll do it in a second. And gave me a dirty look and looked back at the other girl. As if I was the one being rude. She then came over after a while and opened the room. As I was done trying on I put my things I wasn’t getting back and went up to the front to check out. The two girls from before that previously gave me dirty looks were up there eating their food gossiping loudly about other customers. Those two and another girl look over at me and gave me more dirty looks and proceeded to stare at me the entirety of me being in line. I felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Terrible customer service, terrible attitudes terrible atmosphere! will not be returning!

Love shopping in here! They have such a great variety of clothes to choose from, AMAZING customer service, always greeting me when I come in and asking if I need help. Would give it a 10 star rating if I could!! Their managers are the absolute sweetest people, definitely going to keep shopping here ❤️

Beware, if you order online and want to return items, do not use PayPal to checkout. You cannot return items in store and receive a refund to your original payment, they will only give you a store credit. If you want to return by mail to get your refund, it will cost $7.

I ordered clothes from the online website and only one out of three items came and they won’t give me a refund and are making file a police report and waisting the county’s time for a package that was not shipped

This place has the worst customer service. If you go here don’t expect to be greeted. Very disappointing. Would never shop at this location ever again. They need a change in staff asap!

PacSun is an amazing store and has really nice and cute stuff especially for teens. Although the clothes are very cute they are also very expensive, so if you can afford it and don't mind buying them or spending a lot of money then you will be fine.
