Totally disinterested staff. I happened to be driving by and stopped in for a quick estimate on a simple repair job (windshield replacement and touch up some minor rust around the window frame). The receptionist wouldn't even ask if anyone was available. She first quipped "do you have insurance?" I said yes for the windshield but I'm paying cash out of pocket for the rust repair. She then decided it was worth wasting my time by splitting hairs and quipping again "we don't take cash, only credit cards." To which I was finally over it and said listen, I have a credit card that's beside the point, can I get someone to give me an estimate or not. She then said she could make me an appointment but no one would see me now. I said I'm here now and I'm not coming back, if you want my business, send someone out. She refused so I drove down the road to M&E Body Shop and got an instant quote and they will get my business as a result. This company is clearly phoning it in and collecting a tax credit as they are not interested at all in customer service or sales.

My insurance company referred me to this company because they had great ratings. I took my car up to the shop they fixed it within 2 weeks (I got it on Tuesday). They washed my car and vacuumed it out. It looked great for a couple of days. The front bumper begins to come out on Saturday I don't believe I have the correct size bumper for my car or the installer didn't push the bumper up so there are no gaps between the lights and bumper. I'm waiting on a call back from the company because this is a big inconvenience.

A little rant and beware!Joe Hudson in Jacksonville (the sister company part that works on Teslas) has horrible customer service! Dropped my car off yesterday and asked for some additional work to be done or an estimate. Changed my mind on the additional work and was asked 4x if I still wanted the estimate done I repeated no I’ll just wait. I left really like what in the world why couldn’t they understand I changed my mind. Now today was called and asked where I wanted the estimate sent to even though they have my information I repeated again that I did not want to have the work done. Again was asked so do you want you don’t want this work done 4x again and even called me back and asked. ? I finally said I’m not sure what or why you are not understanding that I don’t want this done that I only want the work done that my insurance is paying for. The lady then said we’ll I’m sorry I don’t think we can satisfy you and basically come pick up my car. I asked for the manager and told him what was going on he completely took her side and said they were no longer working on Tesla cars. I then said then why are you trying to give me an estimate???♀️ I also that I drove 2 hours to have my car worked on and that this really has put me out. He literally said you put yourself self out when you wrecked your car. So hope Joe Hudson or whoever get to read how customers are being treated.

The repair work on my Model X at Joe Hudson Collision was excellent. I had my work done at the Tresca Rd branch. The staff were great at keeping me informed via text messages and anytime I phoned they were happy to help answer any questions. Never again! Rude manager, took too long, work incomplete, priced too high for the service they offer. They only respond to irate customers so go in mad. Only thing I can say good is the area they worked on looks great. Not worth it for what I spent in money, time and inconvenience. I had two area of minimum damage on my Tesla. This was the closest dealer (over1.5 hours away-one way).Took the car in for an estimate we reviewed the damage and I received the estimate. She was very nice and it seemed like it would be a good experience. It was not an insurance job. It took 3 months after I drove it down to get a date for service, not a real problem, but then they had my car for close to two months, inconvenient but they warmed it could take 3-4 weeks. Closer to 7.5 weeks. Positive- they did inform me of the process-. Will say the first 2 weeks they had it nothing was done- I could have had my car. When I went to pick it up only 1 area was completed, my tire covers were not on and when I asked about the missed work they said that was not in the estimate and walked off. I looked up the estimate and it was in it. They found the wheel covers that they charged me for and they were filthy I had to ask them to clean them and put them on. They agreed the missed work was an “oversight”. No apologies. Because I had no way to get home I had to drive the car home incomplete. When I lined up another time and took it back they said they would try to have it back in 1week - I had to have a fit, and told them no other car should be before my repair I scheduled this appointment and it was their mistake in the first place. Only after I got irate did they agree my car repair could be done in 3 days. I agreed. I left it on Friday, on Wednesday no one had called or texted me with updates. I called again I had to explain the situation and only when I got upset was told oh you can come get it today. When I left the car on Friday it had over a 50% charge when I picked it up it had barely a 30% charge not even enough to get me home. When asked they acted like they never charge Tesla’s unless asked. It’s a Tesla dealer, really!?! The only person who apologized was the girl taking my money. It was like she felt bad charging me so much for the lack of service I received.Services: Body & Trim

Super nice people! Was recommended this location from a family member that used them previously. My car ended up being totaled out by my insurance company. Everyone at Joe Hudson’s was so nice and responsive in the short time I had to deal with them. Would definitely recommend or use in the future if needed.
