I bought my 2022 Tiguan at this dealership a year and 1/2 ago and have been super happy with the sales process and maintenance service here. Brent Davis, the service advisor is very kind and goes out of his way to make you feel special and goes the extra mile. I vote to promote him to Service Manager! If only they had snacks while you wait .. I would give them 10!

I have had repeatedly poor customer service-to include large muddy footprints in my car they tried to cover up with the courtesy paper and once they completely lost my warranty manual which also meant my registration and insurance info was lost. Today, the final straw, they say I need break pads for the second time when my vehicle is only at 60k miles. I will find a service tech who specializes in Volvo parts and service and be done with the poor customer service, high prices and questionable repairs.

My second Volvo vehicle with O'Steen. Just like the first one they are extremely easy to deal with no pressure and up front. Presented all the information that I needed to work a fair deal. Highly recommend if interested in owning a Volvo vehicle.
