Horrible Service Department!!! They not answering phones not returning calls and hung up on customer. Worse dealership ever!!! Service department is terrible.

I just sold my VW Touareg to O’Steen’s. They offered fair market value and appreciated their friendliness and transparency. GM Chris and Rob with finance were excellent. And the service team has always been very good to our family over the past decade plus. Please let them know they are appreciated. A great local community business here in Jacksonville.

Anthony in the service department was wonderful to work with. I brought my car in a full week earlier than my scheduled appointment by accident with a check engine light issue. Instead of turning me away and with a full schedule of appointments he was able to work me in the next day and solve the issue. He was very communicative through the whole process and very professional. Highly recommend working with him and the service department!

My experience with O’Steen Volkswagen was beyond my expectations. Your greeted and welcomed with smiles. My Service Advisor, Chris, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what was needed today and in the near future to keep the car in good and safe condition. Putting my mind at ease. Mr Chris also helped me with my car rental , I 100% plus, recommend O’Steen’s for all your auto needs. ??

Staffing is always supper friendly with a welcoming smile. Came for parts and was shown who to look for and was easy to chat with the folks there. 10/10 would come back for parts and definitely service!

Just purchased my first VW this past week after owning Fords basically my whole life. Andrew Strickland was extremely helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable. I really felt like he went to bat to help me meet my criteria. Very excited about my Atlas!
Update 9/19/2024.. fast forward three years, I worked with Justin on some regular maintenance and the service and communication was awesome! My experience with O’Steen VW has been toning short of great.

This is my fifth new Volkswagen. I bought 4 in Maryland before moving to St Augustine. My experience with Volkswagen has been nothing but amazing UNTIL I made the mistake of buying a car at O’Steen and bringing it to my free 10,000 check up. I made an appointment for 11:00 and was told it would be 90 minutes. It took over 3 hours. When I got the car back, it had not even been washed or vacuumed. The seat was not in the right position. 2 days later my check engine light came on. Who knows if anything was even done properly. When I reported it to the GM he told me that the car had been washed (see attached pictures). Terrible customer service.

Quan was amazing! This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. They are extremely military friendly. The entire process was quick and easy thanks to Quan. I will definitely be using this dealership from now on.

After finalizing all of my paperwork and ready to make my down payment. The manager decided to sell the car from under me to someone who walked into the store after I already was there virtually and finishing my paperwork. The sales rep and I both lost out on the deal for this car because of the managers underhanded in shady tactics. Buyer beware the management at this location. Use shady tactics and underhandedness try to put me into a brand new car that I didn't want . Their first come First serve policy does not apply to those who call in virtually when the entire world is virtual now.

Quan helped me picked out my SUV. At first I did not wanted my first option but he showed me different options and I immediately got hooked on my Lincoln. He was communicative, understanding, tenacious and very patience. Great salesman!

I recently brought in my 2024 VW GLI with just 700 miles to Osteen VW to diagnose a check engine light. I specifically asked, on two separate occasions, that my car not be taken through the automatic car wash, as I am waiting to have it ceramic coated (it’s black, and I want to avoid swirl marks). Both times, I was assured this wouldn't be an issue.
However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I discovered it had been washed despite my clear instructions. This resulted in visible swirl marks and smeared adhesive residue from the window sticker, now requiring time and money for paint correction. To make matters worse, I had called and left a voicemail with the service manager days ago and have yet to receive a response.
This level of service is disappointing, especially after working for VW for nearly three years and having faith in the brand. Unfortunately, this experience has soured my opinion of Volkswagen and its commitment to customer care.

I had an appointment scheduled to look at a truck. I told them I was coming from a couple hours away and needed to know if the status changed. They said yes no problem we will let you know if anything changes. Drove 5 hours and they sold the truck out from under me. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealer. I spent 10 hours driving and two tanks of gas. These are the kind of people that give dealers and car salesmen a bad name.
