I walked in empty store. Took lady 20 minutes to attend. I had a little problem- wiper replacement. They said that this is very complicated for them AND SENT ME TO A DILLERSHIP !!! GUES WHAT. ADVACED AUTOPARTS TOOK LESS THAN 2 SECONDS. Unbelievable arrogance and total incompetence.

Great customer service and ready to help. Came in and Gavin assisted with getting my battery tested and was honest on battery health (it was still good). Tested the alternator and was healthy also. Still got a new battery since it was 4 years old. Gavin was great getting the battery installed and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Very informative and was able to get me a reasonably priced battery. Highly recommend and would be going back whenever I need something for my vehicles.

David is a true professional. The following day after requesting a needed part for my vehicle, he called me and gave me the status of said part.These days, most people don't care enough to do so. I will continue to use O'Reilly as my auto parts store.

I only trust O`Reilly's Auto parts because they always get it right the first time,I've experienced the total opposite at all the other parts stores, I was married to a mechanic for 18 years and learned a hole lot about these things, lol ? Also They are always so knowledgeable and helpful there. Trust me just go to O'Reilly's the first time,no regrets!

Matt was so easy going on the phone when I called over to see if they had a few things I needed & car checked.Chris was very helpful checked out my car to let me know everything was good. Also Battery check! Great staff lots of product

This location is Clean and the staff is friendly. I've never had a problem with bringing my service dog to this location.
